great purchase... good price as well
this is GREAT!! we wanted a solar tv to use in our gazebo for the spring and summer months and even thou we just got this yesterday it works great so far... we get like 25 channels with the antenna that came with it. i brought it in last night and watched it on my counter top when my husband had our living room tv going i was watching the crime channel on it :) love this, the only thing is i wish it was a little bigger but that's ok... you can even listen to the radio on it. we haven't used it long enough to know exactly how long the battery lasts but we will soon find out when the weather up here in Maine gets a little warmer.

Nice little TV
Very useful! I enjoy the fact that it's chargeable, fairly good picture color, nice remote

Lot's of features.
This little TV is packed really well. The screen is bubble wrapped and all the accessories are in a styrofoam sleeve. The reason I mention this is because I sold televisions for 23 years. You will never know the disappointment of a customer opening a $3000 Sony XBR and the screen is smashed and laying on the bottom of the box. There is an owners manual which is pretty easy to follow but there were a couple of places I had to figure some things on my own while using the remote. There is even a schematic that is enclosed with the owners manual. I doubt too many people would ever attempt to fix a problem inside this TV and it's too inexpensive to take to a repair shop. Once the TV is mounted to the stand it's shipped with it takes about 6 hours to charge the batteries. There is a switch on the side that has to be placed in the AC/DC position before the set can be turned on. I believe that is to prevent it from being turned on accidently and drain the battery. After the battery is charged and the antenna is attached the fun begins. When the TV is turned on all that is needed is to follow the on screen prompts and the set will scan for all the over the air signals. I didn't know there were that many over the air channels in this area since I was on DirecTV and now YouTube TV. Besides all the over the air TV there are quite a few digital FM radio broadcasts. After scanning the TV stations I scanned for FM radio stations and all I used was the TV antenna. There is a separate FM antenna that can be attached if really needed. After everything was scanned in it was time to check out the operation. The picture quality is good but the colors are not consistent from channel to channel and not consistent from within the same channel. There are presets for Vivid, Standard, Sports, and User but none of them can be adjusted to what I desire. A bit frustrating even though it's a value oriented, multi featured set. The speakers are on the back of the TV so the volume has to be cranked up to full volume for me to hear it. The set should not be placed in an enclosed cabinet unless you want to rig up external speakers. It would be nice if this set had a Bluetooth audio output. I've used the set three times. The first two were to experiment with the functions and see how long the batteries would last. The first time it was on for 3 hours before the batteries died. When I charged it, it only took 4 hours but I left it connected for an extra hour. The second time I turned it on the batteries lasted 3 1/2 hours. Yesterday I used it as a second TV to keep track of the Colorado/TCU game while I was using my 55" Samsung as a computer monitor while betting on the horse races in Del Mar, CA. After Coach Prime put TCU down I turned it off till the North Carolina/South Carolina game came on and it lasted the entire games. I'm estimating the batteries lasted 4 1/2 hours. Tonight I expect the set to last through the entire Florida State/LSU game while I'm watching the NASCAR race at Darlington, SC on my Samsung. I bought the set because we are in hurricane season and after going 8 days without electricity last year when Hurricane Ian hit us I decided I wanted an battery operated set just to stay informed of what was happening if one hits us again. Now I've found a weekly use for a small set to use on the weekends when I want to follow two different sports broadcasts at the same time. It's a good value with lots of features. Now if I can only get the colors adjusted to the way I want them.

Piece of Junk
The media could not be loaded. Update: After trying since October of 2024, Tyler Products never responded to my customer support request, nor did they ever answer the phone number on their website. . A check of the phone number shows that it’s assigned to a private individual. Additionally, the street address for Tyler Products belongs to Direct Distributors LLC, a company registered with the State of California but whose recording is in terminated status. I contacted Amazon and explained the issue, and the representative is crediting my account for the purchase. I appreciate Amazon’s response — great customer service!———-Purchased this piece of junk mid-July 2024 and set it up the first or second week of August 2024. Worked fine until early October when it developed a green line across the entire screen an inch from the top. Tried to get ahold of the vendor accessing the Amazon info. It took me to Tyler Candles, which had nothing to do with manufacturing TV’s. Finally tracked down Tyler Products, the actual vendor, and tried to contact their customer support using their email system. No response. Now the TV has developed repeating black bars at the top and bottom of the screen and double picture, as shown in the attached video. Tried to call the number on the Tyler Products website. Rang off the hook and no one ever answered. I will continue pursuing a resolution with the vendor, but I wanted to warn people NOT TO BUY THIS PRODUCT OR DEAL WITH THIS SCHLEPROCK COMPANY!

Best TV for small spaces!
The best little TV I think I've ever purchased! Set-up was so simple and fits the small space I ordered it for beautifully. Would highly recommend.

Hardly any volume, horrible
Picture is great, hooked right up to my Amazon no problem the problem I have is even at the loudest I could barely hear it, I planned to send it back and get something else but I loved the way it looked so I decided to get a sound bar for it instead. It's coming Monday and I'll let you know how that works out, the instructions are confusing I went in to sound and tried to follow the instructions but they were telling me to click on open I guess to raise the volume but the word open was no where to be found and they said to click on close and it was no where to be found on the remote or the TV so maybe I don't need a sound bar but with the instructions they gave me who knows? Anyway over all sharp picture but the sound is lousy hopefully the soundbar will make up the difference providing of course if Amazon actually delivers it on the day they promise would be a rarity in itself.
