This is a small but powerful little fan with 3 speed settings and 90 degree tilt. All 3 speed settings produce a pleasant white noise. I actually prefer the fastest setting for when I'm sleeping because of the steady white noise and gentle breeze it creates throughout my bedroom. I have one of these fans on my desk in my office as well, because I like the white noise in the background and I am active at work, so the gentle breeze regulates my body temperature. I run this fan 8 hours a day at work and it has lasted for over 2 years. I just wish there was an easy way to clean inside the fan, because the blades tend to accumulate dust after a while.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:The recent heatwave is making my A/C work overtime. Honestly, there were times I feel the A/C wanted to surrender to the excessive heat. I bought this fan to give a boost to the a/c as certain parts of the house didn’t feel cool during the heatwave. The fan did the job I needed. Now the heatwave has broken, at least for now, the strength of the fan is good enough without the a/c depending on the temperature, time of day etc.It won’t replace an a/c, however it is powerful and a nice back up to have. Pleased with this purchase, it does what I need it to do. Hoping it lasts for a long time.

For the price, this fan works well, and I will keep it. It does make a lot of noise for such a small fan, even on the low setting, gets louder on faster settings. I have to raise the volume of a radio or TV when using this fan. I will definitely never use it in my bedroom, too loud.

I received my fan … I love it.. I’m the person always wanting to sit by a fan.. I’m always hot…especially after menopause this fan is perfect for me… I love this fan…I’ve got it set up by my recliner.. my husband dislikes running central air in the house 24/7 .. once he turns off the central air on goes off my fan… I hate being hot and sweaty

Quiet yet powerful! I have it on low on hot summer days and it blows a huge breeze. Keeps me so cool. Beautiful grayish white. Substantial size. It is so quiet I hardly know it’s running. Nice cord length. I just love this fan. Any Honeywell product is so well made.

We already have a few fans of this same model in our home. Now every bedroom has one, and I am considering getting more for other places. It's compact and very powerful in the same time, and not very noisy (we usually use it only on the lowest of the three speeds); it hums the very inoffensive white noise that doesn't disturb our sleep, but you can feel the air flow from across the room.This device is basic - no remotes and no electronics; it doesn't oscillate either. It just pivots 90 degrees from straight ahead position to all the way up into the ceiling and everything in between. Despite the simplicity, it does everything it is expected to do, and does it very well. Recommended.
