I purchased this for my wife, actually for today (Valentine's Day). She absolutely loved it, but right off the bat, the second hand was very bent. Rather then going through the trouble of returning it, I carefully straightened it out. Since this was already packaged this was, I don't see how this passed Q.C.Then we had to put the battery in. This proved to be a ridiculous task as the compartment that holds the battery is slightly smaller! We tried different brands of batteries and it was still a huge pain! Finally we got the clock on the wall and the second hand was rubbing each time it passed. I took out a credit , and carefully in lifted it slightly away from flower hand and it is working great thus far........time will tell. Honestly, if there wasn't these imperfections I would have given it 5 stars!!

This is the cutest clock and is made very well. Not light plastic, it's somewhat heavy and feels well made. I bought it as a gift for someone and when I opened it to make sure it was satisfactory I just had to put one on my wishlist for myself.

I did not want to spend this much money on a clock but when I received it, I loved it! It is adorable and will look great in my newly remodeled kitchen. I am happy I bought it.

We had bought an Allen design clock in France years ago and it was fun to have in the kitchenSadly it wasn't working any more so we looked for a cat one . Could not find on we liked but we fell for the kettle. It needs space on a plain wall to enjoy its design.It even has "steam" coming from the spout.. It is multi-coloured but looks fabulous in our kitchen diner.It cheers us up so not just a kettle its a work of art.Recommended
