Great product and company
I loved the product, it was easy to install and looks great. I wish I could say everything went smooth, but I cannot. When the item arrived one of the very fragile glass globes was compeltly broken. This was a mystery to me becuase everything in the box was packed to prevent such things, I actually felt like it was over packed with all the styroform, plastic and tape, until i opened the glass. I emailed the company's customer support and informed them of the problem, sent late in the evening, however early the next morning I recieved a response, to my surprise, asking for some more information and product indentification. I sent the requested information back right away, and within an hour I get another response to inform me that a replaement would be shipped out to me at no charge and apologizing for any incoveiene. I have nothing but a great expereince and things to say about this product and it's manufaturer!! Thank you, Thank you!!

This product is cheap and poorly made.
Very poor “fit and finish.” I could not get the light fixture level. Also, some of the wiring inside the fixture was corrupt, and caused the fixture to overheat and shut the lights off. (Yes, it was wired and installed correctly.) The feel of the fixture is very cheap. I do not recommend this product.

Great value!!!
This is really a great buy and looks so pretty. I put the larger Edison light bulbs in the light fixtures and they really look elegant. The fixtures were easy to install and also look great!

Noticeably cheap looking
I do think I would buy this again although for the price I was not expecting anything amazing. The light fixture is fine but the towel holders etc. are noticeably cheap looking and feeling. I am curious how long they will last. Like others have noted, these items are not bronze, they are black with gold marker around the edges.

I love it.
I love this look and I feel like for the price, the quality is good to me. I dont get some of the bad reviews. One piece of glass arrived broken even though it was good glass. I messaged the co and they got a new piece sent right away so I didn’t have to send back the rest of the order. Great customer service.
