Absolutely LOVE this item! I purchased it with the intention of making my own skincare batches, mixed with other ingredients. After using a small amount on it own to simply try it out, I now use this as it is.It arrived feeling very cold to the touch straight out of the box which gave the feeling of it being fresh.Upon using it, skin felt cool, fresh, and clean. I've decided against mixing it with other ingredients, I now simply use this on my skin. It's helped keep the monthly spots at bay, and tiny if they do appear. My skin does not feel clogged up after applying the gel. It doesn't feel greasy at all. Its very soothing. It's unscented too which is great and adds to the 'clean' feel.During the warm weather we are (finally) experiencing, I'm not even using my usual face moisturiser anymore, I use this in place of it, so I cleanse, tone, and then use this as my moisturiser. I only need a 'bead' of gel and sometimes even that feels like a lot.I'm so glad that there is a ready to use aloe vera gel which is nearly pure, and without "dirty" ingredients.I will definitely buy this again. Its just a shame it's not in a bigger quantity!

Honestly, I can't rave about this product enough.I had some very painful chemical burns on my face caused by benzoyl peroxide 5%. I looked everywhere for Aloe vera gel that did not contain unnecessary ingredients that would be potentially harmful to my already very delicate skin. After along search I found this product and decided to give it a go.Thank God I did, within just hours of using this the dry peeling skin on my face was 99.9% gone I was amazed. 2 days of using this and my blemishes and dark marks were fading. With further use my pores have shrunk and are less visible.. my face is soft and smooth. This is now my new facial moisturiser as it it extremely lightweight yet provides intense moisture without leaving skin feeling weighed down and greasy.The consistency is perfect, easy to apply and absorbs fast.I have just purchased my second one as I definitely will not be without this Aloe vera gel now.Thank you Nicole for such an Amazing product xxxPs. I have found it very difficult source an Aloe Vera cream to replace the bottle purchased whilst on holiday in the Canaries. This is as good as any and I have just re-ordered some more, It is a clear gel and I like it because it doesn't seem to have unnecessary additives . It doesn't have a strong smell which for me is important. It is a bit sticky when first applied but that seem to wear off.

Excellent stuff! I am very impressed. I am 49, have very sensitive skin and am currently experiencing the symptoms of moderate rosacea and the peri menopause. My skin was a mess, red patches, lots of spots, dryness and rough to the touch. A friend recommended I try aloe vera gel, and after a some research, I opted for this one. I have used it now for approximately 3 weeks, in conjunction with cetaphil gentle cleanser, a one a day antihistamine tablet and oral echinacea liquid. What a transformation! My skin is smooth and supple, the redness is much reduced, the dryness gone, and the quantity and severity of the spots are much improved. I have experienced no itching or burning from the product. It is a little tacky when applied, but dries quickly. This is something I’m prepared to tolerate for the results I am getting. My daughter is so impressed that she is now giving it a go in an attempt to improve her teenage acne. It’s safe to say, I will be reordering as it is certainly working for me. For the cost of the product, it is certainly worth giving it a try. My previous moisturiser was £32.50 for 30ml and it didn’t work half as well as this stuff!!

I've looked everywhere for an aloe vera product that didn't contain harsh chemicals, or that has been filled with so many other additives that the aloe vera content is minimal...Most of the products out there seem to be like that.Until I found this.They tell you exactly what's in it - you're not met with the nasty surprise of seeing the ingredients on the box being different to the description on the page. What you see is what you get.The product is brilliant, it's pretty much odorless. A smooth clear gel and a tiny bit goes a long way. I use it every night before bed and every morning as it makes an AMAZING base for makeup. It isn't greasy or sticky, it smooths out my pores and to be honest I won't be buying makeup primer again as long as I've got a tube of this. I have quite oily skin and find that this helps control the oil produced throughout the day to some extent.I originally got it in the hopes that it would soothe and lessen redness in my face - I find that alcohols, scents etc that are put in the majority of face creams makes it worse - so far it's too early to say if - this has done that particular job (I've only had it a few days) but I will happily update my review in due time with the longterm results. In the mean time I'm so happy with it that I'll be buying it again as soon as I'm running low. I'm also planning to buy this for other people who I know appreciate good skin care products.

Does exactly what is stated; it's excellent!

I'm still in two minds about this, it does help in making my dry itchy skin feel better, BUT it takes a while to get into the skin and when it does it still leaves my hands feeling a little tacky. Also the gel tingles unpleasantly on my hands when I first put it on, so I haven't used it as much as I hoped to. However when I do use it, and when just the tacky feeling is left, I rinse my hands (no soap), my hands are left nice and soft after I dry off the water. I am keeping it for occasional use, but because it feel like a palaver to use it, it will just be occasional. Haven't tried it on sun burns, but because of the tingling, I'm not sure I will either. It is a shame it has these flaws because, for me, it does work on my extremely dry skin.
