Product is ok. Motor is good to grind dosa batter.But the customer care is really bad in my area (Trivandrum, Kerala). Its 3 years since i bought this and the motor is not working now. I called their customer care. At first, they asked me to pack it and they will pick it up. Note that we need to make sure packing is intact and all. Any issues related to packing wont be included in warranty. When I packed and kept it, they said they will send a local technician. After so many reminders, he came and told that motor is not working and i have to take it to some place far from my area. they never follow up to see the status of the request. Still figuring out how to get this fixed. Very bad for a premium brand.Also, the lids are not getting cleaned properly and the gasket is broken for both jars which i am using. Really dissatisfied.

It's was great to purchase this blender.I am very much impressed with the power performance.It does perfect grinding.Jar quality is superb.Only complaint is I received only 2 jar lids instead of 3.1ltr jar lid was missing.I was greatly disappointed .Otherwise it's a perfect mixer grinder for my kitchen.
