I am writing after 1+year usage.Pros. No doubt it has better motor capacity so result is good. Only prosCons.1. Not reliable as all plastic parts are very likely to get damaged easily.2. The gear part which they say are stainless steel are of poor quality. They keep on knocking and broken anytime.3. Service is poorest. Even a single part you order from they will take around a month to reach you. It means you must ready with backup mixer grinder.4. With this cost, you can buy 2 3 nos. Of equivalent mixer grinder which will perform better than Hamilton and in case of service, you will easily get around you.5. Please remember my words, you will repent if you buy this for regular use. It is good for light and occasional use.

I have had several mixies before buying hamilton beach mixer grinder like bosch 1000 watts, preethi zodiac, Panasonic and sumeet. This is one of the best mixies ever owned. It comes with heavy jars and quality of the mixie and the jars are outstanding. Totally love it. Would recommend it to everyone it's bit more expensive to other brands but worth the price.

Great product with use of sturdy and quality materials. However the price is on the higher side and the noise levels are on the higher side. Grinding and making shakes are a breeze though. The slow speed grind is extremely useful.
