Two per day with a meal. The 60 tablet bottle is at a reasonable price for a one month supply. The vitamins are smooth and medium-large for swallowing. They have an unpleasant odor, but the odor is not excessively strong or long lasting. The ingredients listed on the label seem top notch compared with other major names recommended by my dermatologist. The price of these Nova Lucia Brand is much more reasonable than designer brands carried at the dermatologist office, but with very similar ingredients and amounts if ingredients. However I will need to continue with these for several months to know how well they work for me.

They have a very peculiar smell and taste but beyond that they are basically an odd smelling multivitamin that helps grow your nails and hair :D

This Nova Hair, Skin, and Nails vitamin biotin product has an outer protective seal. When I removed that seal, and opened the red cap, it also has an inner protective seal. Once that seal is removed, there is a piece of cotton sitting atop the pills. Great safety precautions!Each pill is brown colored, and measures about 1-inch x 1/4-inch.I take these pills with water, and had no problems swallowing. I have noticed no side effects since taking 2 of these daily for the past 9 days.There are 60 pills; it is recommended that you take 2 pills a day.According to the product label, "...this product is manufactured and processed in a facility which may also process milk, soy, wheat, eggs, peanut, tree nuts, fish, and crustacean shellfish..."Expiration date is found on bottom of the bottle; my bottle expires in December of 2020.As I age, I am looking for ways to keep my nails strong, and my skin healthy. Hair/skin/nails are made of keratin; biotin improves keratin structure.
