Perfect size for a kindle or iPad
This worked out exactly like I hoped it would. I tend to squish my finger in between the kindle cover and was looking for something I could lay it down on. This was perfect.In addition, I tend to misplace my phone and the fact that there is a space for it where it doesn’t fall out was a bonus.I also like that the surface isn’t as slippery as the wood ones we have had in the past. It really is comfortable to use and a good value for the money.

So comfortable
This is perfect. I wanted something comfortable to hold my laptop on my lap, and this is it. It is lightweight, so it's easy to carry from one room to another. The small bumper on the top allows for a small gap for venting. Very happy with this purchase.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I have 2 lap desks from last year. They are much better. The padding on this one is very loose and I don't see it lasting well but I'm trying it. I do like the phone slot on the side. All in all I think it will service the purpose.

nice size and form factor
I got this to put my Macbook on - I wanted something not much bigger than the laptop so it wouldn't be unweildy for using on the couch - this works well and keeps it off me so it doesn't cause discomfort when it heats up / gives it better ventilation to keep itself cool. The side slot for a phone is nice and convenient too

Super comfortable!
I am extremely picky when it comes to laptop trays, but this one is a KEEPER!I think I've probably returned at least a half a dozen laptop trays in the past because they were too bulky, too low, too high or just plain uncomfortable. This is the perfect combination of size and comfort. Feels like a soft beanbag on your lap. I absolutely love it!

Not Sturdy Enough, Seems Overpriced for Quality
Disappointed in the quality for $19. This feels more like $10 max quality.It's not sturdy enough for our needs, feels like if a kiddo steps on this even one time it would probably be damaged, so have to return.

I love this Lapgear Lap Desk. I always use my laptop on my lap when I'm sitting at the couch, and it was so uncomfortable. I started using this and it was so much easier to type on. I put my phone and my pen in the side holder which is very convenient. I purchased one for my mom too and she uses it all the time.

Exactly what I was looking for
For some reason I kept wanting to suffer and would sit on the couch with my laptop on my legs until it got too hot. Then I would have to adjust to make sure the fans would get air, it was dumb. This little laptop desk is perfect. I like the little bean bag bottom so it wan conform to you. Perfect size and perfect cost.
