I am normally a 32 to 33" waist. I went with a Large. It fits pretty good. I may have been able to go Medium, but like a little more length in my shorts. Soft feel and plenty of room for kicks.

I did like how the TUFF logo was plether but remember to order them a size larger than u think

I love everything about these shorts.

Looks great. Not in USA size. Way too tight.
