Contrary to some of the negative comments, this toilet flushes both 1 and 2 very well even for the small amount of water consumed. Installation was easy and tank drawdown was uneventful as long as the instructions are followed and the installer is not a bull in a china shop. Finger tight tank to bowl nuts and then even sequencial 1/4 turn down checking for tank wobble until 3 point contact is achieved.The Bemis open toilet seat from our old toilet transferred over and fit perfectly. No issuesThis is the only toilet footprint that would fit in my small powder room replacing a 1987 Mansfield relic.Originally I was skeptical of TOTO since they are rarely available in my area but I am VERY pleased with the product.

i would call this toilet compact and efficient which is a perfect fit for a compact and efficient small bathroom.

I was a little nervous purchasing a toilet off of Amazon, but I heard great things about Toto toilets, and this was the best deal I could find! Toilet was well packaged and arrived in great shape. I had the plumber do the install, and so far everything has been great! My old Delta toilet used to get clogged constantly (we were plunging once or twice per month, minimum), and the Toto has yet to clog. Definitely a great choice!

Bought this toilet. When plumber went to install it the tank was cracked and it leaked all over my brand new hardwood floors and baseboard trim. Was pat the return period so I could not request a refund, a total bummer had to pay a plumber to un-install and re-install a different toilet. Would not recommend.

This is my 3rd Toto toilet and by far its the cheapest quality made one. I had a very small powder room that was being re done and I needed a replacement toilet. This one matched the dimensions of the room. It does NOT come with a seat, so you have to order a seat separately, and bolts to mount the seat as well. It has the Toto flush system but the tank is thinner than the others therefore its noisier when the tank refills I put the fluid master bleach system in it, as I have well water and there is a calcium residue after repeated flushing and refills. It does the job

This toilet has been great since day 1. There was a recommended seat which made things a breeze. We ended up going with the non-cut bolts which worked great. This toilet is sturdy and water efficient. Looks great and fit my space perfectly. I had an old and very low-sitting toilet before (which as a female I didn't mind the height). This has been a great transition and is the right compromise height for male and female squatters ;).I did price comparing with other sites and home stores - this was the best price.No issues with shipping. It was well packed!Installation was a breeze once we had the right bolts. I shouldn't have ordered the recommended one for those - just get them from the hardware store upon toilet arrival.My water bill is finally consistently lower!

I had a toilet that never seemed to flush right and I always had to do a second flush. This toilet was easy to install and I was so happy to finally get rid of the old one. This takes one flush and it is very efficient.

I replaced a 20 year old toilet that used gallons of water per flush and had to be flushed twice to remove a "load".I was skeptical that a small amount of water could flush a toilet, but then as I mentioned I have not had a modern toilet until now. I was also concerned about having such a product delivered by UPS as I have had other lesser sized items damaged in transit. However, this was the most securely packaged product I have ever seen: foam around all sides and well designed packaging. The directions are clear for those who have never installed a toilet before, and did I mention that it flushes like a tidal wave.
