What you are seeing is a before and after. Dark dreary before, and a wash and beautiful blue glass afterward. This high quality glass in such a small space really makes this fireplace the focal point of our home. The glass was easy to open and install and the heat output vs the lava rocks is hands down much better. Highly recommend this brand of glass and any color you choose! I will buy again for my outdoor fireplace when I build it .

I ended up using these along the bottom of an electric fireplace we bought. They are prettier than what actually came with the fireplace. And these are much more cost effective (this was a very large bag- we only needed about half).

Aqua is gorgeous. When I opened the bag it looked like it was too clear and not vibrant color, but after we poured the glass into the Firepit it was actually very vibrant Aqua color. Soooo pretty.
