The filter is sufficient for 2.5 ft tank, I was using internal filter but still I could see particles floating inside so i used this media with my new top filter. In 2 days, the water became clear and neat. Smell was gone completely and results are good. Best results can be obtained by immersing in the water overnight and then use it in the top filter.

Its working, worth buying, i used it for one month i seen lot of difference, i usually clean my 180 Ltr tank every 15 days. After using this its one month. Still my water are clear. I changed bio cotton every week thats what i did.Bio ballsActive carbonCeramic ringsWorking well. I a so happy 😊

Great for filter intake or inside as internal media.Definitely helped with Ammonia and Nitrate levels. I've bought which is GREAT. That means you can fit that much more in the filter! They also rinse very nicely when cleaning and works good keeps my water clear.

These are must accessories to keep your aquarium water clean and ammonia free. Despacito reviews were good on amazon and we decided to go ahead with this product.Problem: When we order it first time, we found that there were only 13 bio balls (while the description says 25 bio balls). Apart from that the 'Sponge Filter' packet was open (and not sealed packed). Hence we decided to replace it. Amazon does the fantastic job and we get the replacement (same product) next day.We were happy to see that new packet was having 25 bio balls as claimed and the 'Sponge Filter' packet was sealed packed. For our surprise the quantity of sponge and even Ceramic Rings were more (it means during first time delivery, someone has has taken out some bio balls, Ceramic Rings and some sponge). The only thing which was perfect during first time was 'Activated Carbon' quantity as it came as sealed packed even first time.Having said that, we are happy that we put a replace request and new packet was as promised and with full quantity.Quality: We have just started using it hence it's difficult to talk about quality of rings, balls and carbon. Sponge is more than 1 CM thick and good quality (better than our previous sponge). Please note that we washed the active carbon first (4-5 times with fresh water) to avoid black water issue.

I used this for my 90 gallon tank and the water is crystal clear.Worth purchasing the product.I would recommend buying this product, just a word of caution wash it before placing inside the sump/tank.

After first was .. the sponge got dissolved in water.. very poor quality.. never buy this sponge..
