Good product and Excellent Customer Service
I've purchased HP compatible ink & laserjet cartridges from LD Products for several years on Amazon with generally great results. For my last order, I purchased their LD-56 & LD-57 bundle for an old HP 2210 All-in-one. This is at least the third time I've bought LD re-manufactured cartridges for this printer.I put the Black cartridge into the printer about six weeks ago and it worked fine. After about 4 weeks of use (I estimate 40 pages) I got an error saying "Error: right cartridge incorrect." I followed HP's instructions on cleaning the cartridge and printer but no result.I contacted LD products through Amazon and received an answer within a few hours. They would either refund the cartridge or send me a new one, my choice. I asked for a new one.It arrived in two business days and I installed it. Again, an error message "Error: right cartridge incorrect." I immediately emailed LD Products about the error message and they responded within a few hours. The response said they are sending me another cartridge, which I received in two business days. The new cartridge worked with no problem at all.I am totally satisfied with the level of customer service LD products gave me. Think about it: this is a $10 cartridge that HP would sell for $30. Since this inkjet (as well as my other ink jets) literally eat ink, I estimate I save several hundred dollars a year using remanufactured cartridges instead of OEM. If I get a problem once in a while, it's work a little hassle. And the fact that LD responded so quickly made that little hassle even more bearable.I just bought a set of Epson ink cartridges for another printer that cost $50. I think it's time to wean the Epson off of OEM ink and give it a little taste of the LD products. One last note: I use LD recharged cartridges for my Laserjet. HP gets $100, LD gets $20. At that cost, I can afford to have a spare sitting on a shelf. I've had one bad cartridge out of ten, the minor hassle being well worth the $800 savings.

Worthy of a Trial with a Risk
I purchased a color cartridge and a black one. The color cartridge has a high quality packing, sealed in a tin-foil bag printed with advice before installing. There is also a black plastic holder, clipped to one side of the cartridge with words " remove before use - made in USA ". The packing makes the remanufactured cartridge appear like an original product. However, the black cartridge is sealed in a transparent plastic bag only, without advice; and the plastic holder contains no words. When comparing the two cartridges side by side, any person can easily see that the black one is a cheaper product which may be made anywhere. The boxes containing them look the same, both saying remanufactured in USA.The two cartridges fit into my printer well. I tried a few pages for testing and both print very well. I don't know whether or not they will continue to print well in future and how long they will last. The price is much lower than that of the original products and worthy of taking a risk to try. I can write a more definite review after using them for a longer period of time.

Leaked
The black one leaked into my printer, messed it up. I figured it out quickly so I got lucky and I was able to recover the printer. Returned them.

These must be really full - Graphic Artist and my first set of black and color lasted 6 months April to October
I purchased my first set of ink (1black, 1 color) in April 2015, deciding I would give this company a try. I'm a graphic artist so needless to say, I'm always printing something. Lately it's been full-color recipe cards I designed and then printed somewhere around 500 or more on cardstock, which drinks ink. Imagine my shock when these cartridges lasted until October 2015 through multiple recipe card prints in addition to my everyday print needs. Previously I'd been paying $10 more for refilled cartridges from a local place that only lasted 6 to 8 weeks. I'm quite pleased with this purchase and will be ordering my ink from this seller from now on.Yes, there are other people offering ink for cheaper but I had such excellent results (6 months?!!) with my very first order from these folks that I'm not willing to risk using anyone else. My second set of ink cartridges is already in my printer and doing great. No errors, no drips AT ALL - just reliable printing. My color cartridge runs out before my black does ALWAYS so I'm hoping they soon offer a deal on 2 color cartridges!

Black ink NOT compatible with HP Deskjet F4180
I had to do some troubleshooting to get these to work. After wondering why I kept getting error messages for the black ink, I did some research at HP's official site for ink #56. HP does not list Deskjet F4180 as a compatible printer for this ink, so if you buy this LD pack, only the color one will work.

Needed major cleaning
The first few colored pages I printed were a very green hue and extremely streaky. The cartridge required three passes of cleaning before it would put out any kind of reasonable amount of the magenta ink. After cleaning, the printer test page showed reasonable results (though still some streaks and "missing lines"). A real-world printing of an image turned out just okay: a few minor streaks, and fairly blurry. I don't need the ink for anything high quality, but it barely passes as acceptable. I won't be buying this ink again.
