It's ridiculous how much I like this thing
It's weird to be excited and happy over a dish drainer, but I am. For the last 3 years I have been using another similar model, but larger and with those ugly, flimsy plastic liners under each level.Since we moved I had less counter space, so EVERY INCH matters. I went with this model as it has a smaller footprint, but I really like it and so does my husband, even. Putting it together is not intuitive at first, but once you get it, it goes together in a minute. After that, it is attractive and sturdy. I also prefer having the water drip down to the bottom and then out of the spout than the way other models do it with water collecting in those ugly liners. The other models are also designed differently as far as the cutlery goes because they were made to hold chopsticks. I used to have an issue with my knives falling out of the other one. This model is great because the cage holds the cutlery better, and it has designated spaces for knives.

Highly recommend to all- sturdy and small yet so much drying rack space!
Love this rack! Our old one from Target was rusted bad so I began researching a new rack on Amazon. After a few days of searching and comparing, I went with this one and I was not disappointed!! This arrived early and well packaged, was a snap to assemble (I just looked at the main pic as a guide- took me less than 5 minutes), and seems very sturdy. I was worried if our biggest plates would fit on the top rack under the cabinet, and there’s plenty of room! This rack is a very nice upgrade from our previous one and just crossing fingers it holds up well to rust. I cannot speak to that as only time will tell. But overall very very happy with my purchase and highly recommend to all!

Great for small spaces, but the design could be improved
TL;DR: Overall, really happy with it for what I needed. However, I have to use a separate dish mat to dry glasses as the holder is flimsy and risks breaking glassware, and have to add another mat underneath the silverware container to catch water.I've had this for around 6 months and I really love this for my shared apartment. My roommate both love to cook, and we kept overfilling our dish rack, which made it difficult to clean up after meals, leading to frustration from both of us. We decided we should each have our own rack, and this fits perfectly beside the other one. Overall, I love the design and having two shelves. The main body of the rack is sturdy and attractive. However, I feel like the silverware + cup holders could be improved. The silverware holder is fine in terms of staying in place and has a good capacity, however the design could be improved by adding thicker wire near the bottom. It's more open, so my silverware often escapes through the slot at the bottom. Not the end of the world, but annoying. The cup holder is the real weak point for me. It won't reliably hold anything heavy or long (e.g. a pint glass), or relatively short (e.g. a wine glass). Both fall off the rack if you even just bump against them, sometimes taking the whole attachment off the rack (it's metal-on-metal, so nothing for it to grip to). If there were rubber sleeves on the metal prongs to keep the glass from slipping, or if the rounded ends were changed to an open "fork" design where stemware could be cradled (or both!), I think that would vastly improve the design. For both, it would also be nice if the water tray at the bottom extended out to catch drips. I've had to add a larger drying mat beneath the rack to keep water from pooling on the counter. Again, not a huge deal, but it would be nice not to purchase other items to make up for some of the design oversights.

Rusts over time
It’s ok. It rusts over time even though it’s not supposed to, given the description of the product. Anyway it was easy to install and holds a lot of dishes.Design flaw: the cup and utensil holders are meant to hang on the sides, but there is no tray coverage underneath so the thing just drops all over the counter. See photos for how I got around this. I put the cups so they hang over the sink, and I used ties to fasten the utensils so they hang over the tray.

Extremely satisfied
We have small kitchen with less counter space. We have tried so many dish racks (over the counter, on the counter and in the sink), nothing seems to work. The dishes takes a long time to dry and the dishes are overflowing. I was a little hesitant with this initially but having used it for a month now, my husband and I love it. We like the fact that the dishes dry within an hour or less and we can keep them up. We also like that we can move the spoons rack to the front. The only thing that we found is the rack (to the right of the pic) for glasses and cups could not be moved to the front because it is not secured. So we have to put the glass/cup rack on the right. Our cups or glasses and cutting boards (omgosh) dry so well and fast. Again, the drying process takes less time, the bottom of the rack has a dish as well to catch the water. We truly love this product. The only disadvantage is that since this is a small dish rack, big pots and pans would not work but we bought a folded rack to dry those over the sink (not in the pic). Love the product and the price we paid. Definitely very happy and satisfied.

Sturdy, compact, great looking dish rack. Space saver!
I like the sturdiness and matte finish of this dish rack. I especially like that it is compact. It replaced my large one level dish rack. It takes less room on my counter; therefore, I now have more counter space. What I don’t like is that it can easily come apart if you move it. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase and would recommend!

Muy buen producto en relacion calidad/precio!!
Es perfectamente funcional, si soporta varios platos, tazas, sartenes...No se van a caer los platos, pero es un poco inestable, tiende a inclinarse un poco.

Steel quality is very bad
Steel quality is not look good and weightless. Stand size is good for small kitchen. We can keep plates and glasses nicely.Spoon stand is useless as it wont hold in the stand properly. The main drawback is that the steel rust immediately after 1 week of use.

product not as pictured or described. Also, cutlery drainer is not functional as cutleries keep slipping out of the grill
