I tried a different mold spray and was not impressed. After watching some YouTube videos, they recommended this product.Amazing! After spraying it on, the mold visibly started disappearing! I used it in a hand pressurized 1 gallon sprayer and it worked well.After a few treatments, the mold is basically gone! I saturated the walls and wood to be sure to kill the mold. I will be getting another gallon for the future and for other dirty cleaning areas in want to be sure nothing grows in.

This did an excellent job on my bathroom walls. I had black mold in there at the top of the walls. Sprayed it on, left it a couple mins and it wiped right off. Never bought a mold mediation product. Have some black mold in areas of an unfinished, dry basement. 4 applications of BenzaRid and no difference. Did not kill the mold. Absolute waste of money. Went to Lowes and bought Mold Armor for less than half the price of BenzaRid. Mold Armor cleaned and killed the mold within 30 minutes. I bought the BenzaRid after reading Amazon reviews. I depend on Amazon reviews to steer me towards quality product. Not this time. I wasted close to $80 on a product that does not work. If you have mold, buy Mold Armor. Please be truthful when posting reviews.

This pro mold killer fungicide disinfectant is really good. Unfortunately after hurricanes Helene and Milton mold started appearing on some walls and a bit of my ceiling. I have been worried about health effects it may have on my household. I saw this and knew I would have to give it a try. It seems to work really well. It’s easy to use. I sprayed it on, left it for a bit and then it came off pretty easily. Haven’t seen anything come back as of yet and the strength of the scent isn’t bad at all.
