Sooo salty. Almost inedible!
So salty almost inedible and I love some salt but don’t have a lot of it. Tried my packet three times. Maybe it was a bad day at the factory and the salt got trebled. Each subsequent time I told myself it can’t be that bad. Now sitting in my cupboard. Do I try it again or throw it is my next decision. So disappointed as I love Idlies so much. X

Good
Its a good mix but it doesn’t make 45 idlis. I made about 17 and the mix was finished. I have celiac disease and I didnt have any reactions to it so yeah it is gluten free too.Lovely taste & texture, wonderful idlis
