Mod PodgeCS11332 Glitter Dimensional Magic, 2 oz, Iridescent

Did I get a dud or something? It’s not sparkly and it’s not even shiny. Just made my jewelry look dingy.

I bought this product at Michael's, not Amazon, so there was no header to indicate that this is just glittery, which is NOT the same thing as iridescent. I wanted a clear coat with an oil-slick-like iridescence, but instead I got a product that dries milky, not clear, and just has lots of colored glitter bits in it. If that's the look you're going for, great, but it's not what the package indicates. I've never been disappointed by Mod Podge before, but I guess there's a first time for everything.

Just the right amount of sparkle

I generally use to clear dimensional magic to seal the backs of acrylic pins, but wanted to try something a bit fancier. This turned out great and even clearer than the clear one usually sets. It added a great light glitter around my butterflies.

This is the first time I’ve used this product, it does give a raised effect. I used it on cards to make the wording stand out. The downside is the cost, felt it was too pricey.
