Great at keeping your patio clean
My house faces north and my patio is in the shade for half the year. As a result I have a moss problem. For years I have been looking for a solution. This product is it. Rather than spaying it on, I placed the liquid in a bucket and brushed it on with a broom. It worked great on the bricks.

Works great.
You just need the patience for it to work and it does! Will definitely buy this again.

Suprisingly good.
After I received this product, I read the label on the bottle. I found it is supposed to be used on some dry impermeable surfaces. It is in the winter of California. Rain and cloudy almost every now and then. I alway have green modes grown on my brick walkway each year. I decide to try on it. It was not wet but some moist. After almost a month, those green stuff disappeared.

Couldn’t believe how fast the product took care of the algae on my patio. Maybe 3 hrs and it was GONE!

Works well if you follow the directions
Wet and Forget doesn't work instantly and you ideally want to apply it in dry conditions but moderate temps with no sun so it will linger for a while before drying. But over the next few weeks you'll see much of the green, gray, and black forms of algae, mildew, etc, disappear. It won't get rid of dirt but it will kill many things that grow on outdoor surfaces. It's also hard on fish and plants, and possibly humans, so be careful with it. This seriously reduces the amount of scrubbing and/or pressure washing you need to do if you use it annually or twice a year depending on when stuff grows in your climate.I just use a pump up garden sprayer and wear rubber gloves, old shoes, old jeans and a long sleeve shirt washing everything when I'm done. Set the sprayer for a fairly coarse spray and don't apply if it's at all windy. Keep the nozzle near the surface to minimize over spray. If your surface is really bad you might want to use a pressure washer and/or scrub with a bleach solution first letting it dry before applying Wet and Forget. Using a garden sprayer the coverage is quite good. You basically just have to get the surface wet. This stuff really made life easier mostly as preventive measure. Think of it as a long acting weed killer for what grows on surfaces. My only reservation is its toxicity. The manufacture makes it sound very safe but if you look up the main ingredient you'll find it's fairly powerful stuff.

Pretty effective, easy to apply...
It does as it says. Heavy moss can leave a light residue that is orange/reddish.
