The chair is firm and comfortable as long as you aren't looking for a super-soft feel. It actually looks and feels much like an auto racing seat with lots of support. It is not a cushy chair, however. Since I sit a lot doing IT work and coding, I think it's going to work well since it has so much back support.The one point that could be improved is the mechanism that raises and lowers the armrests. While it functions fine, no matter what height you set the armrests, they wiggle loosely on their Z axis. I think it would be much nicer to have the tolerances for the height adjustment be less, so the armrests would be more stable at each height and not so floppy.The unfortunate issue is that the back massager that was included with my chair did not work at all. I tried it with several USB ports I have at my desk and got nothing. I suspect an issue inside the switch housing, since the motor connections both look good (it features two motors). The power switch does nothing despite trying the massager unit with several different USB power banks. Bummer.UPDATE: I contacted the seller and they sent a replacement lumbar pad with a working massager unit installed inside. I'm happy with the service they provided on this issue.

I had a very hard time deciding on a work chair, but I’m so glad I selected this one! I easily assembled it myself in about 30 minutes w/the included hardware only. It’s SOOO comfortable! I have arthritis in my lower back, and the massage function is such a bonus. It not only alleviates/prevents the fatigue from sitting at my desk all day but also alleviates and prevents the pain. There’s plenty of padding in the seat and back. Neck and back rest pillows are both at good positions and heights.Arrived very well packed and sooner than estimated arrival date.Only 3 drawbacks (all relatively minor): The arm rests swivel too easily and don’t really fully lock into place. The contoured sides of the back of the seat could be wider. The leg rest would be even better if it extended further—I’m 5’6.5” and the far edge of it only comes to about half-calf length. None of these things would prevent me from either recommending or making the same choice.

with all the zoom meetings at home this year, I sit on the chair way too much and was looking for something that let me lean all the way back and relax while having my camera off in these meetings, and i tumbled on these new gaming chairs. It's hard to choose what chair to go with so I went with design and functionPros: I like the color of the chair and that it can recline so I picked it. when i actually sit on it, i liked it more. The cushion is definitely thicker than my regular office chair and even better than the one at work. beautiful blue and black color that fit with my room. The leg rest is an A+. I was worrying that it will be weak and would break under the weight of my legs, however, they are very strong, sliding in and out super easy. the lumbar support massager is great. I typically put a pillow there on my regular office chair, but with this I don't have to adjust anything. The chair reclined all the way down to almost flat. Great for a quick nap in the middle of the day.Cons: the back massage vibrator is good to help alleviate some tension, but it's not super strong and the cable keeps catching onto the wheel so I did not use that function at all. There is a pouch under the cushion for the cable storage and I thought it's very smartOverall, the chair is sturdy and easy to assemble. Would be a good choice for home office or game room

I had purchased a new chair at the beginning of the pandemic to work at home and it was working OK until about a month ago. I had been sliding out of the previous chair and the padding on the seat was shrinking and my posterior felt it every day. I also couldn't move the arms down, but could move them up about 6 inches, which, HUH?Thought I'd try a gaming chair. Got it and put it together over the weekend, pretty easy to do with 2 people. Love the footrest and massaging part!! It's nice to have more back support and the arm rests are nice and low. My shoulder isn't hurting and that's a miracle. However, the seat itself is a bit hard. I put a seat cushion on it to help and it is better overall. It helps on those 9-hour work days. I also love the black/hot pink. Very rad! It's nice to have a higher back with a neck support pillow in case I want to lean back, and I can actually sit all the way back without feeling like a kid. Haven't actually gamed in it, but I'm sure the same issues would apply for long gaming sessions!Overall, a great chair for the money and comfort!

So have had my chair for a few years. LOVED it. But now I cannot get it to stop this gradual drop during the day and if not adjusted I will be sitting on the floor by the end of my day. I am within weight range. But I am ready to throw it out the window.

I just received the chair like way before I was supposed to, so that's a plus! Initially, I wasn't expecting it to fit under my nail desk with the arm rests, since I knew the widest measurement listed is 29 inches & under my desk is 28, but I didn't care. But then after I put it together I was able to make my widest measurement only 26 3/4 inches, it all depends on how you screw the armrests in. You can screw the armrests in as close to the chair as possible if you choose.I was a bit worried initially that the reclining feature was broken because I couldn't get the lever to tilt it back before putting it together. But once it was all put together it worked perfectly!Super happy with my purchase! I'm excited to use the foot rest to paint my toes :)**Update**It's been like over a month and I have sat in this chair for literally hours at a time with complete comfort. But, keep in mind, this is coming from someone that doesn't have back issues so I can't speak for everyone. Just saying that this chair hasn't made me sore after sitting in it for hours doing my nails and/or needle felting. I needle felt for at least 5 hours at a time lol anyway, I still recommend this chair.
