Have had no problems, but remember this is nothing more than an extension cable with a cradle, it has no effect on your charging power. Since it does not come with a power adapter you are still dependent on the adapter that came with your device or another adapter that you have purchased separately. What I am saying is if you bought this expecting to see an increase in charging speed, it just ain't going to happen. Just the way it is.If you bought it for what is is advertised to do, it is decent quality, competitively priced and does it's job. One thing I found was in the beginning it seemed very tight, almost to the point that it was not an actual "C" size but after a few days it became smoother/easier to insert and remove the phone, like a breaking in a new pair of shoes.Buy it again, you bet, actually going to pick up 2 more for our RV so don't have to move the ones at home

This charges my phone at the average speed, which is fine. I find it most useful to charge my phone during any type of video call, or if I'm playing a game while multi-tasking on my computer. It stands it up at a decent angle for viewing while it charges. The chord is a decent length as well, but it did NOT come with a power brick / wall outlet. I didn't notice that in the description so it is my own fault.

Works really well, but be careful of the phone case you have on your phone, odds are it will fit with just about ANY case, but it might be a bit tight, like it is with my Moto G5, which has one of those ruberized 'tactical' style cases (I forget the actual brand but its also from Amazon). phone connects to the pc and everything fine, but I have to manually pull the dock off the phone as opposed to just lifting the phone off the base unit. not a complaint, just so you know what to expect.

I like the sleakness and the look, but it charges very slowly and it's quite fussy when you're trying to get the phone to sit. The connection seems very loose and my PC loses contact with the phone a lot.
