Power them right.
Running off a blaupunkt 1200.4 getting atleast 60-70 watts each rms bridged to 2 ohms, really bright and taking it with the mids quite well, bought 2 more pair for doors and a set of racks for my truck.

Budget friendly with professional sound
These sound fenomonely though they are budget friendly tweeters. They feel and look like professional style tweeters. I really like the clarity that they produced it makes an almost immersive sound. They come with a "high pass filter" attached to the positive terminal of the tweeter. It's convenient if you dont have a dedicated crossover. I installed them into my home Audio system and was ecstatic by how good they produced the vocals and instruments. They work perfectly in my system though they were a bit small which was my own error.

Well worth it with an EQ
They're holding up well at 250w max each and they can sound spectacular at obscene volumes IF you use an EQ to control the frequencies they receive...In a fairly wide range for a tweeter, they howl but, lower those frequencies down a bit, howl disappears and they're loud and clear.

Great performance and great price
Very high efficiency. Clear and bright though they do need a L-pad to tame them somewhat. I'm a bit of a soft-dome tweeter man being I like how they gently roll-off at the high end which makes them quite smooth sounding. These tweeters behave much like a soft dome in that respect. Pyle makes a very similar pair that perform much like the Timpano does however as for aesthetics, the Pyle tweeter are chrome finished and that tends to show through speaker fabric whereas the Timpany tweeters are jet black and don't show through. I think that looks better. Great value for the money. I've used 3 sets of these to replace Pioneer tweeters in just as many different model bookshelf speakers.
