Arrived promptly with regular free shipping in good condition, but returned bc did not need
The item arrived promptly with regular free shipping in excellent condition, but I had unwittingly ordered it thinking it was a necessary accessory without realizing it is not necessary for steam cleaning the carpet, which is what I do, I do not clean hard floors although I suppose I might eventually. I did not understand before I included it in my order for the steam cleaning machine that it was merely an accessory for cleaning hard floors that is not necessary to use for carpets. But I had not opened/unpacked it and easily returned it, so no harm/no foul. all that is necessary for carpets is distilled water which I subsequently purchased it at the local grocery. I supposed if I should ever wish to steam clean hard floors I might need it.

Works well on laminate as well as tile flooring.
This is so easy to use and leaves a light scent. Love my steam and go floor cleaner. It is easy to use and leaves my floors clean and they dry quickly.

Arrived leaking
I brought the box in the house and set in on my hardwood floor. When I open it, I saw the one of the bottles was leaking. About 1/3 of the product was gone. When I picked up the box, I saw it had leaked through the box and onto my hardwood floor (full strength). On the positive side, the scent is very subtle, not overpowering.

Smells fantastic
This smells fantastic and works well to keep my floors clean. Sometimes they will make the floor greasy or leave a residue behind, but this one does not do that. It keeps the floors looking clean and smelling great!
