Caused hair fall for my kids

Shortly after using it, my kids began experiencing noticeable hair fall, which had never been an issue before. Initially, I couldn’t pinpoint the cause, but to verify, I purchased the same shampoo from my local store, and the hair fall stopped immediately.

Not real, essentially water
This product I got is not baby shampoo, it seems like they emptied the bottles of actual shampoo and refilled with water. The bottles still have that emulsified oil look days later which supports my theory. Will not buy again. Very disappointed.
