Calphalon Premium Nonstick Baking Pans Set of 2, 12 x 17 inch, Silverware, Heavy Gauge Steel Core

So glad I got these cookie sheets. They don’t stick, don’t rust and they’re a good size. They are heavy so don’t buckle in the oven.

These baking sheets were a bit more expansive than others but they are sturdy and easy to clean. (I use baking sheet paper most of the time.) I used them a few times so far and am happy with the quality. Yes, they warp during baking as other reviewers mentioned but it’s not so bad and they go back to flat when they are cooled off. My oven does not fit two of these at once. I should have measured my oven before I purchased this 2 sheet set. I also bought one size smaller and one of each size fit well together in my oven.

These Calphalon Premium Nonstick Baking Pans are fantastic! They hold up really well to frequent use, heat evenly, and clean up easily thanks to the nonstick surface. The heavy-gauge steel core makes them sturdy without warping, and the size is perfect for everything from sheet cakes to roasting veggies. I’ve been using them for a while now, and they still look and perform like new—definitely worth it!

This pair of Calphalon Baking Sheets are nothing short of phenomenal!!I purchased these because I inadvertently ruined a different brands pair of sheets we had for many years because I am a moron. LOL I cooked something on it and some substance baked into and stained the sheet. Because I am an absolute genius, I used an SOS/Brillo type of pad on a non-stick item when other, less harsh methods weren't working to clean it. You get the picture.These are great and my wife won't let me clean them. I totally understand why.She has baked a variety of items on these sheets and she barely needs a spatula to remove what she has cooked. She could remove the items by hand if they weren't so hot. They are wonderful sheets with easy removal of what you are going to bake or cook on them. They clean easily and look great. They are very durable and a perfect size for whatever you are going to use them for.While these are more expensive than other brands and sheets these are 100% worth the money. I definitely recommend purchasing these as you won't be disappointed. Unless you clean them with an SOS or Brillo type of pad. If you do, please know I can make room in my doghouse for you.

They are nice looking but after 2-3 minutes in the stove they popped super loud and twisted! Scared the crap out of us, never had a pan do this. I emailed for it was a couple days past return policy of course, requested all this information and pictures from me and never heard back. I tried both pans I ordered! Look for something else.UPDATE: contacted company treated me great, sent me 2 new pans, appreciated it, but I believe it happens at 375 degrees and above. Did not pop when doing cookies.

The worst cookie sheets I have ever had and way over priced. I would give zero stars if I could. They claim to be non-stick--everything sticks and will not come off even when scrubbing. These pans warp in the oven to the point that the food is baking on a slanted pan while in the oven and then when taken out of the oven they make a loud bang and pop into another warped position. I purchased these pans because of the Calphalon name and the fact that they were supposed to be non-stick and dishwasher safe. As I said, everything sticks to them, they will not get clean and are discolored after one use and my putting them in the dishwasher is pointless because bits of baked on food will not come off unless it is scraped off with a spatula. Also, food such as french fries does not cook evenly with some fries coming out hard and some under cooked. Horrible pans and a waste of money. I went back to the basic Nordicware aluminum pans and they are perfect even though they are not non-stick.
