Not great
The sizing is not uniform. It is right for the shoulder cap but too tight for the bicept. I am not overly muscular so I got an extra large. I suspect an XXL would be too loose in the shoulderWhile this is better than the other brace the strap which goes around the body slides up and reduces the comfort.

Great to start with but longevity an issue
Great product for occasional wear. Sadly after a few uses the Velcro fastenings are already coming undone and the item has stretched. Hoped it could be used for training and the upcoming touch World Cup but will be looking for alternative/additional braces as cannot afford for it to fail on the day!

I used for acj dislocation, it accommodated my recovery and helped me regain mobility and confidence used for long and hard working days
