Price is right. Dissolves and mixes easily and virtually tasteless. Whether it does what it says I do t know but I take it every day in my smoothly and it works well. There is no smell and it does not upset your stomach. The size of the canister is bigger than expected so nice value/ I don’t think it suppresses appetite but that is not what it’s for or pain relief. This is an essential protein building block that I take for muscle maintenance and recovery as I am 58 years old and lift weights. I use it as I’m sure at my age my body is depleted some with it even though I eat 1 gram of protein for my body weight.

Mixes easily with my shakes in the morning. Helps with digestion. No smell really, and is very effective, cost to size ratio is great. Unfortunately I get an upset stomach at times , and drains my energy for a bit, but I just try to drink it a bit slower

This brand makes decent supplements for a decent price. Glutamine is a staple supplement in my line up and always needed after a rigorous gym session.

Then I started taking this daily and had a reversal of symptoms.Your stomach lining is built from glutamine. You can get it by eating a lot of beef or red cabbage but this is easier. It tastes mostly like nothing at all, mixes easily in liquid. Take one scoop in a glass of juice or whatever you want daily, and after a week or two see how you feel. If your problem is diminished stomach lining and your body is just missing the building blocks to repair the damage, this will give your body what it needs.Glutamine is common as dirt so buy in bulk and don't overpay. No point in pills because powder is cheap and mixes easily and tastes like nothing.

I love this product and put it in my smoothie everyday. It helped me lose 15 pounds in about 5-6 weeks. I was so excited to have discovered this product; however, I learned that it can cause kidney stones, which it did for me. I was in the hospital twice with a bunch of kidney stones that showed up out of nowhere. It did t take me and my doctor very long to learn that this Glutamine powder was the culprit to my new kidney stones. If you are prone to kidney stones (like me) or have a kidney disease….please consult your doctor before consuming this product. I loved how it was helping me lose weight, but not at the expense of my kidneys, so I had to stop using it and give it all away. What a bummer! Just be careful and refrain from using it altogether if you have kidney problems.

This is a really great product, I'm genuinely impressed with how well it works. I've struggled with stomach issues for most of my life, and being lactose intolerant has made it even more difficult to find relief from discomfort. Bloating has been a particularly persistent problem for me, but since I started using this, I've noticed a significant improvement. It really helps ease that uncomfortable, bloated feeling after meals, especially when I accidentally consume something with dairy. I have been using this product for almost 4 months to aid in the side effects of. Chemotherapy. It dissolves well in water with no discernible after taste.
