Very little instructions came with it. Have to use trial and error. When you call for assistance , no one can help you. Not very happy with it.

Didn't even include any instructions let alone a recipe booklet.

My sister Loves it . Just wish it had a cook book with it.

DO NOT BUY THIS!!! If I could give it less than 1 star I would... I am not new to electric pressure cookers and/or different brands. I have 4 oher ones I use with no problem. I wanted a lg 10qt to make larger quantities of food. First time I went to use it I loaded my food into it and went to set the timer...guess what...NO TIMER! you can only use one of the preset settings! I called the manufacturer for help and they wanted me to take a video of the product and send it to them before they answered any of my questions...WTF???? Anyways, then they went on to say that since nowhere in the description did it say that I could manually change the timer there was nothing they could do. (if you look at the descriptions of the ones that you can actually change the timer it does not state in that description that the time could be changed either....a little hypocrytical, don't you think???). She also said that they did not have any technical support at the company....They then went on to inform me that since it is still under warranty, I could return it at my own expense.....REALLY?!?!?! Really, Gee Thanks but no thanks....I don't need to be screwed over more than once. (I want to make it clear that the seller was not at fault here....it is the manufacturer)

It's a beast. great value also. I have only used it 3 times so far, but so far it's great.

Throughly enjoying the use of my pressure cooker

I have a pressure cooker myself and love it so I ordered two more for each of my kids. Della, which is a dIfferent brand than mine. I ordered it because of its large size. I am a seasoned pressure cooker user and I cannot figure out how to use this pressure cooker! I called customer service and she said she only had the same information I am looking at and she could try to figure it out with me but no satisfaction. It comes with more of a pamphlet than a manual and no recipe book. No manual or recipe book is available and no utube videos. So...because these were gifts and not used within 30 days there is no return policy. I just want to know how to use the thing.
