Comfortable, easy to assemble
Easy to assemble but I would like it if they have a QR code with a link to a video that shows assembly because I made one mistake and took me 30 mins extra to undo it. Easier with 2 people but I managed to do it own my own. It’s been about a month and so far so good. Really comfortable and back support is really good, adjustability is really good as well back support can go back till almost 150 angle height adjustment is good as well. Sturdy product. Not sure about the footrest.. I spent extra £5-10 on footrest but I hardly use it.. maybe I’ll use it in the future but it’s good even without the footrest.

Good overall, but would benefit from more armrest adjustability
This was definitely an upgrade from my previous chair as my previous chair didn't have a recline or lumbar support, and those are two things you shouldn't go without in a chair you spend a lot of time sitting in. The seat is also very comfy. The armrests do move up and down and rotate, but it would definitely be good if they also moved left and right and forward and back. This is something I didn't appreciate the value of until I purchased. The backrest is actually a bit on the short side for me, which is another thing I didn't realise until after I purchased; I'm 5ft 11in, and as a result, the neck pillow is too far down for me. However, this is actually rectified by strapping on the neck pillow upside down. This puts the neck pillow at an angle that somehow makes it feel fine. So it's not an issue for me anymore, but better to be safe by making sure the backrest is tall enough for you.Overall though, good chair. This was my first gaming chair and I'm glad I got one since I spend almost all my time sitting at my computer, so the chair I'm sitting in should be a good one.

Nice chair, instructions were a nightmare
Nice chair, quite comfy and love the fact it has a foot rest. However. It's a bit stiff when pulling it higher and lowering it it's a bit awkward to reach the lever. But it's early days so I'll get used to it.The instructions on how to build it was absolutely awful. They were not easy to follow one bit and it was a really stressful time trying to put it together. It got to the point where we had to make holes in the fabric to actually screw the holes in where they needed to be. Not so great but got there in the end.

Absolute Junk
I notice that many reviewers say they bought this chair primarily for a child, and that is perhaps whom it is best suited for. I bought it to replace my office chair, thinking it would offer greater comfort. I made a mistake, quite an expensive one really.First of all, be prepared for the sheer weight of this item, when it arrives. If you are elderly, disabled, or not particularly strong, you will struggle, particularly if you have to take it upstairs (I'd suggest breaking open the box first.) Once opened, you will quickly realise that the chair has to be assembled, basically from scratch. The instructions are not too hard to understand, certainly better than some, and it helps that the various bolts are packaged separately. I have been a vehicle mechanic, a machine plant fitter, and once volunteered for a charity stripping down, refurbishing, and re-assembling wheelchairs, but I reckon it took me a couple of hours to put the chair together. Since I had hurt my back carrying it, and not being able to get down to the floor, had to assemble some sections on my lap, it was a job that also required a certain amount of strength. Including the supplied assembly tool, there are 85 different components to this chair, which need to be assembled, so anyone who reckons they put this chair together in 10 minutes must have a faulty watch. The assembly tool is adequate, but you may prefer to use your own tools. You will certainly need a sharp pocket knife, and a mallet, as well as a screwdriver and allen key. Helpfully, a few spare bolts are supplied. The chair has a strong frame, and most of the components are quite solid. exceptions are some covers, made of thin plastic, which are badly designed, and don't affix well. One of mine arrived deformed and bent out of shape. Also the 'head rest', 'lumber rest', and 'foot rest', are very poor, and made of thin foam. The 'foot rest' is really a 'leg rest', but seems flimsy, and the 'head rest' sits behind my shoulders. The way they attach is a very poor design, and the way the 'lumber support' attaches makes the chair look untidy. To avoid confusion, 'P.U. leather' is plastic. The chair is quite narrow for an adult, and not especially comfortable. I expect the cheap foam padding will quickly compress. The arm-rests are neither comfortable, nor do they feel particularly robust. They can be clicked outwards, but I find this a very annoying feature.Adjusting the seating position, while seated, is nigh on impossible, and the piston on mine doesn't function properly, failing to rise up. When I sit on the chair there is no movement, and then, after a few minutes, the seat drops down. The casters don't seem to work particularly well, making the chair difficult to move around, particularly when seated.I doubt this chair will last long, and I regret buying it. What stops me returning it, is the length of time it would take me to disassemble, and its sheer weight. I suggest you learn from my mistake, rather than waste your money, and buy something else.Update - February 2024: The worst chair I've ever had, and it is already falling apart.Update - February 2025: One of the legs just snapped off, sending me flying to the floor! This is the last time I'll buy an item of furniture from Amazon!

First one broke, got it replaced, second one broke...
The customer service was good as, after I showed that the first chair was broken, they sent an entirely new one... unfortunately that ALSO broke. I'm not that heavy, honest!Didn't bother telling them about the second one as I bought a different chair...I wouldn't be entirely confident leaning back on a third version! One to miss probably unless you only need a chair for 6 months or so.
