Brand new RN here! I was beginning to wonder if I needed hearing aids with my cheap nursing school stethoscope. I couldn’t believe how much more I could hear with this stethoscope and was able to identify adventitious breath sounds pretty quickly and hear an insanely quiet murmur! If anything ever happens to this stethoscope, I would purchase it again. Easy to switch from adult to child as well and I’ve used it in multiple departments, not just cardiac. It’s the perfect length and durability that a busy nurse needs. Highly recommend!!

I used this in nursing school and still do for work. It has been the best purchase I have made. It is still doing its job. Great quality. The sound is very clear and loud. I got it on sale at the time and was worth every penny!

I had the cardiology 3 and left it behind after a locum assignment so I bought this one. It's a good reliable stethoscope, very similar to my last one. I work in inpatient rehab, so its usually pretty loud in the rooms (not icu level, but plenty of alarms, beeps and human noise) and I can hear just fine with this. I have the black tubing with a magenta colored metal and it looks nice, too

New CCMA here, got this as a gift. It is beautiful and the sound quality is amazing. It’s comfortable and the perfect length. Great value for the money. The clarity is amazing! Love the color! I like this stethoscope... the quality is great. And the price was great.

This is my second litman, and I love it. You can hear heart and lung sounds clearly, and the rainbow bell is pretty as well.
