Great earbud value!
I've had these ear buds for just over a year now. I use them primarily when I am working out. The charge lasts on them for hours and hours. They have stood up to my 100 lb lab puppy who got them and chewed the case and left them out in our backyard for my husband to find a few days later. I find the sound quality to be good, though I generally listen to podcasts on them so I can't speak to how they would handle music for serious audiophiles. I have heard some music and it sounded fine. The fit is comfortable. They come with different size plugs for the end that goes in your ear to help customize the fit for comfort. Overall, the value for the money is way up there as I think I paid around $20 for them. If you are looking for a pair of ear buds that don't break the bank, have good sound quality, great battery quality, and can stand up to som rough handling these earbuds will totally fit the bill.

Fantastic ear buds
I love these earbuds. They’re the third pair I’ve bought (for son, husband, and myself). They work great. Noise cancelling, very comfortable in the ear, I rarely have to adjust them (something I often have to do with other ear buds). At one point I actually forgot I had them in once my podcast had ended 🤣. The battery lasts FOREVER. I can’t comment on charging speed because I’ve only had to charge my pair once since I bought them. For context, I use my earbuds daily, and very heavily on the weekends while I’m doing all my household tasks. I loveeee that they have a built in charger. I have bought so many ear buds over the years and always lose the chargers, rendering them useless. They seem to magically disappear into a charger abyss? All in all, these are the best ear buds I’ve ever used. I don’t understand why someone would spend so much money on other brands when these little gems are so perfect. The only teeny tiny negative is they can be kind of tough to get out of the case with my fingers. It’s so minor it’s barely worth mentioning but it’s important to give a fair review. Buy them, you won’t regret it.

Nice low cost option
I have purchased quite a few different earbuds and headphones in search of that diamond in the rough. I have the same criteria as most people who buy these earbuds:-Needs to sound decent with some decent bass-Caller can hear me well and I can hear them well-Fit in the ear well-Not destroy my wallet (i.e., needs to be somewhere south of $35)-Have a reasonable battery lifePros:-Good battery life-Good sound-Decent call quality-Decent bluetooth-CostCons:-Controls are hit or miss-JLabs app is worthless-Short USB connectionI compared these to my Skullcandy Sesh Evo's and Poly BT5500's. They come well packaged, with the normal ear cushions to fit different ear sizes. I found that I was able to find a set that fit my ears well and still provided decent sound isolation. They paired right up to all devices I tested them with (phones and laptops). They work pretty well - battery life is good. Phone call quality is reasonable and callers indicate they can hear me just fine (both phone and laptop connections). Sound quality from them is good - the different sound profiles can be a bit gimmicky - I found the Signature or Bass Boost profiles to be the ones I used the most. I like Signature for more instrumental/standard music but prefer the Bass Boost for Hip Hop. They do not have as much bass as the Skullcandy Sesh, but comparable to the Poly. The BT5500's sound better overall for a wider range of music, but I prefer the Sesh probably the most (they also get much louder than the other two).Bluetooth connectivity was quite good - much better than the Skullcandy that has dropped frequently with my Samsung phone (even when in my pocket). I have only had one incident with the earbuds not syncing correctly. Charging is also a bit better in the sense that the Sesh earbuds have a tendency to not fully seat and then not charge (which is annoying when you go to use them). They also appear to stay charged better than the BT5500's. The cost for these is a real steal for how well they work. The interface/controls sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. I don't usually use the earbud controls for my music (just grab the phone and do it), but the triple tap to cycle sound profiles only works sometimes. I downloaded the JLab app, but it pretty much doesn't do anything, so I uninstalled it.I don't like the USB charge cord setup. It is ridiculously short and integrated into the case. I get that it makes it theoretically easier to charge it as you don't "need" a cord, but all it does is make it difficult to connect to a charger. A USB C-port or a USB micro port would make it easier to connect. I don't mind having to have a cord if I'm going to have to provide the USB adapter to charge it.All in all though, these are a decent option. Time will tell on durability, but these are a good option for those not wanting to break the bank but still get good sound. Are they the best out there? Likely not, but the cost is outstanding and they check the box for functionality.

Great Sound and Value for the Price
These earbuds are lightweight, comfortable, and the sound quality is surprisingly good for the price. The bass boost option hits nicely, and I love the color. Easy to pair and the battery lasts long—perfect for everyday use!

Had to return, but I think it was just a bad pair
JLab Go Air Pop True Wireless Bluetooth Earbuds + Charging Case | Teal | Dual Connect:I bought these wireless earbuds because I was tired of the wires constantly getting in my way. I tried this pair of JLab buds mostly because of the low price but a little b/c I loved the color. Hee hee They had all the features I wanted and seemed to work pretty well at first but in a short time they kept losing the connection. I contacted JLab and first of all customer was fantastic. They emailed me some trouble shooting instructions but the problem was never resolved so they said it seemed to be a battery issue. They would have replaced them at no cost but I said I'd rather go through Amazon. One thing I didn't like was that the outside of the buds felt a bit large. They come with 3 different size tips and I had to put the smallest size on which was fine but the part that sticks out just felt huge. I was afraid I'd forget I had them in and drop them in the sink or worse yet the toilet. Anyway, after returning them I looked at other types of buds and found a pair of JLabs that have a clip that hooks over your earlobe. They were a little more expensive but well worth the additional $$. AND also came in the teal color I love. So far they've been working great. The look, sound, feel, everything is great. You can wear just one bud or both which is a great feature since I usually only wear one. Best of all......no more wires in my way. From what I've seen JLab makes a great product at a very do-able price. Also, their customer service is fantastic. I highly recommend JLab.
