Insane Value
This has got to be a 99% savings compared to HP cartridges. It's $100 for a full refill of brand name versus $11 for this product that will last for about 20 refills! I tested out the printing and the color is accurate. I would say it's a little less sharp compared to HP brand ink, but for the price, it's more than worth it! Please enjoy the picture I printed of my dog eating some whipped cream as proof of quality.

Excellent with some flaws.
Super happy with the quality of the ink. Also, the tools included are ample and well made…..WELL, except for the device used to create the suction at the end of the filling.I’ve never used it before and didn’t feel like it affected the outcome come. However, today I decided to try it. I quickly realized my canon cartridges (PG-245??) didn’t fit as instructed and while discovering this anomaly one of the wings broke and now won’t support any cartridges. I’m not sure it’s needed. However the instructions weren’t too clear on how to use it.Also there’s quite a bit of extra pieces that the instructions weren’t clear about. These two main things would be great if the manufacturer improved the instructions.Anyhow, this is why the item got 4 stars.I recommend this item regardless.

Will purchase again when needed!
Good price and works for my old HP Officejet 5600. The kit you get works great and I can recommend this printer refill kit!

BAD PRINTING
printing was terrible. Replaced with hp and everything worked fine. Do not buy this ink. I just threw mine away. I have to say more. I have an hp 8710 printer which uses hp952 cartridges. I learned that my printer can use pigment as well as dye ink. The ink comes in a bottle marked CN which I think stands for Canon which uses sublimation ink. The prints on white copy paper were washed out. After about a month and a half of using yellow an black I tried to use magenta and cyan. The printing was all streaked. In any case these colors gummed up my print head. Could not get rid of the clogs on cyan and magenta. Had to purchase a new print head at $100. I found that SmartInk had a coupon and a 7% discount so I buy compatible 952 cartridges from this company on Amazon. Their ink prints really nice and contains a detergent so as not to cause print head clogs. I buy their compatables because I have been burned by other compatable cartridges that streak when printing certain colors. You have to find a supplier that works for you and the ink does not looked washed out and streaky. SmartInk is in california and sold on Amazon. Inks are not simple. Bad ink will damage your printhead depending on the type of printer you own. This ink might work great in a Canon printer model. For my Hp 8710 printhead it was bad news. It's like you have to experiment with different vendors. Compatibles are OK by me as the refill process is messy. Also I just don't trust some of these ink suppliers on Amazon because they do not say what type of ink they are selling and what are its spefications. For example Epson DuroBright Ultra ink is a proprietary blend of dye and pigment inks. You can save a lot of money by buying and refilling but I just do not want to experiment with inks I no nothing about. I read reviews and that is how I learn what works and is good quality. I hope this review helps others with an HP 8710 printer.

Pennies on the dollar purchase and comparable quality to the brand ink!
It took me some time to figure out how to correctly fill each color and black cartridge as the mLs are the search topic to be sure not to overfill the color tanks and unfortunately bleed into the filters which cannot be remedied. After watching several videos (the directions were USELESS) I’m still learning with the color cartridges I have, but black ones I’m a pro at now. I would say for sure order color backups because after 3-4 times of filling the same color cartridge, the hole in the sponge the needle depresses into will not hold ink and it becomes dripping out the bottom. So yes a HUGE money saver, but not for filling the same cartridges of the color more than 3-4 times. But I would have already spent $350-$400 on new cartridges if I didn't have this kit. My college classes require a lot of printing and this is by far the best small investment I have ever made! I have not had any problems with color density, accuracy. The first time I bought this kit, the yellow bottle leaked at some point before it got to me which was a large enough amount that it obviously saturated the outside of the cardboard box but the volume difference was not more than maybe an mL or 2. The second time I ordered it was all clean and stated parts in the description were all there without damage. Overall, if you want to save some hefty investment costs in one of the most expensive hp cartridge type for an inkjet printer, save an empty cartridge or two for practicing and you will be surprised how much thicker your wallet will be when you can refill your printer cartridges. Hp, better lower the price for theirs or they’ll find their left with a pile of back-stock once people catch on to this MASSIVE cost saver!!

It gets very dirty
It gets very dirty, and I'm tired of refilling cartridges.I went back to buying traditional printers. I just change the cartridge and that's it.
