I recently purchased these mitti ke bartan (clay pots) for cooking, and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed. The quality of the clay is exceptional – sturdy yet light enough to handle easily. Food doesn’t stick to the bottom. Uniform circulation of heat and moisture through the pot that keeps in all the sumptuousness.
