Highly recommended but keep out of the hands of young children.
I own 2, one for my craft room & 1 in the 1st Aid kit for splinters and I just bought another to give my granddaughter who is putting together a 1st Aid kit for college. The tweezers are sharp & come to a tiny point which is great for p/u tiny embellishments and for removing splinters. Great alignment but be careful not to drop on a hard surface. The point is small and sharp and bends easily if dropped on a hard floor. That is its only fault.

Worth the extra penny
I use precision tweezers for work as I work with electronics, I had bought another cheaper pair and while I loved them these are really worth the extra, the fine point ones still aren't immune to bending but the alloy they used keeps the rest of the tweezers in really good shape and keep their springiness. The flat ones are my most used and the difference is most noticeable with these ones, the grip feels twice as secure as my old pair and they don't imprint/score ribbon cables as much. they do feel lighter than other stain less steel tweezers but the alloy material differences negate whatever complaint I had about weight, only other possible issue is they are very porous and might absorb certain materials which could weaken them possibly. I got a bit of blood on mine and it was a pain to clean off but did end up cleaning off with 99% alcohol.

My 2nd pair!
These tweezers are excellent needle nose tools. I use them in my pottery making and they are excellent quality. Some people might find them a little too long, but for my purposes they are perfect. Another note, they are quite sharp. Works great for removing splinters, though.

Affordable option for fine, non-serrated, blunt tip tweezers
I bought these for a pretty niche application. I really hate taking my contact lenses out of their tray; so often they fold over or stick to my finger and get lint or skin oil on the inside of the lense, which can be a real pain to remove.I picked these because they didn't have serrations and have a rounded fine tip rather than pointed, so they won't poke thru or tear the lense. I looked at plastic ones but most looked sharp, and the rubber tipped ones seem to flake pretty easily. And so far these seem to work perfect for what I need.
