Compact and easy to set up
I purchased this to install in our motorhome. It was easy to install being compact and supplied with mounting brackets and generous cable lengths. It was also easy to set up and I was online within minutes of powering it up. The cloud management is a nice feature as it means you can manage the device from anywhere providing you have connectivity.Throughput seems to be ok although it hasn't been off the drive since installation so I cannot comment on its performance in marginal signal areas. I purchased a separate roof-mount antenna to get the reception as high as possible and outside of the van body. This does provide better connectivity than you get on a phone in the van, so hopefully all good.

Worked well but... Poor support.
Instructions basic and poor. Internet search tool ages. Support poor and takes ages to answer email. I needed to reset it to manufacturers then log in. Difficult to do when this is the method to connect. Emailed their support and I only had 1 hour window. They took 2 days to reply. The product ended up in the trash, I dont have time to waste so I bought a Huawei and that works.

Reliable and can configure remotely
The remote gateway access allows the router to be reconfigured remotely and its signal strength monitored

Easy setup, great interface. Dual SIM!!
So easy to setup. Compact, with all the features you want and need. I tried the M1 Nighthawk before this and returned it due to performance issues. No issues with this unit. Lower cost, flexible configurations, definitely under the radar as a campervan 4G router.

Avoid..
I expected a far better unit than this is. Labled as “industrial/enterprise” router I assumed this would be a reasonably featured device. The initial firmware was buggy and required some workarounds to navigate the user interface, Instructions were basic and not very helpful. On-line/GUI help didn't work at all.Eventually swapping out the included 4G aerial out for an omni-directional unit provided adequate but not great connectivity.Customer support is non-existant/non-responsive. No further firmware updates released in 2+ years.Wouldn't recommend for Enterprise or home use.

An awesome 4G LTE router, with Dual Sim ability, and a host of features in it's settings.
This is certainly a very interesting and innovative compact industrial IoT VPN 4g router, and with 2 sim card slots too, from the makers "InHand".It came with the power pack, 2 x mounting 'ears', LTE 4G antenna, a WiFi Antenna (both magnetically attach to metal too), plus an ethernet cable. It measures 9 x 9 x 2.5cms, and wireless types are 802.11 (n, b or g), complete with 2 ethernet ports. It has incredible potential, in the world we live in today. For example, 2 secure operators in different departments monitoring / updating an ATM machine, or a supermarket Store checkout machine, or remote upgrades to office machines in secure places.Setting up was no problem, I inserted SIM card into Slot 1, (with the option of attaching a 2nd SIM to Slot 2 for backup purposes), attached the 4G antennas, connected LAN2 to my pc, and then logged in to the device (I referred to the exclusive router label to enter the settings), then in the devices settings screen, I clicked the 'network' tab, then 'Cellular' tab - then entered the APN details for 'profile 1'.(the device also has a Reset button and will allow 2 Sim Cards.). It was very easy to find the settings for one or both sims, and the makers book also shows sim settings for the device for various providers.I love the strong security of this device, supporting VPN, Firewall Protections, DoS attacks, and excellentfiltering such as Access Control, Content URL, Port Mapping, IP-MAC binding, even OPENVPN protocols and CA digital certificates, and one of it's great features is of course DUAL-SIM backup/failover, so basically, if a provider goes off air (eg. for mast work) then you have the option for using the 2nd SIM (provided of course it's not using the same 4g provider).Overall This is a really good device, And as it's LTE 4G, it should be useable for a good few years yet, I set it to AUTO, rather than 3G 4G, as 3G may soon be phased out), ( then did a speed test on my laptop, from the direct connection to the router (using the ethernet cable, and the antennas plugged in), and it was really fast. Thank you again for an awesome product, with loads of features in the settings.

Works well
This works really well. It’s pretty simple and straight forward to set up and use. Didn’t have any issues at all. Really good value for money.
