I am a side sleeper and have trouble finding a pillow that is 'just right' to preclude morning neck pain. I have tried many, and even if one works it breaks down after a while and I start my search over, NO LONGER! This pillow is awesome! Comes filled with small soft foam pieces connected by fine fibers (to keep them from shifting too much). The outer pillowcase is quilted and very nice, it is zippered as is the inner case holding the fill, the best part, a bag of extra fill is included in case you need more lift. I actually had to remove several handfulls of fill as it was over filled for me, but now it is perfect and supports my head and takes pressure off of my shoulders. And if the foam does lose some fluff over time I can just add some back in. For best results put the pillow in the dryer right out of the box for 5 minutes on low heat, and then fluff it up every morning. This is no issue for us as we fluff and air out our bed linen every morning. Back sleepers may need to remove even more fill to align their spine, but the best part is being able to adjust this pillow to your needs and sleeping style, no wonder it has so many great reviews, and it doesn't hurt that buying one supports a small family business.

These pillows are firm. They also come with a bag of filling to add if needed. I took some of the filling out of mine. The pillow was perfect and conforms to my head and neck perfectly. My husband added some filling to his. I would recommend these pillows for a comfortable night’s sleep.

I almost didn’t buy this because of the negative reviews about an odor. I saw it was $11.00 dollars off on Amazon prime day so I took a chance. When I first tried it i smelled an odor. Unzipped it and let it air out for 4 days. After that their was no odor. Subtracted 1 star from rating because it did have an odor.After taking pillow out of plastic bag it was flat from being compressed. Checked it about an hour later then it was high. I am a side sleeper and pillow was too high and not comfortable for me. It had too much stuffing so i removed about half and then it was just right. It comes with a bag of extra stuffing but don’t know why anybody would need it. It already has plenty and is high.The pillow and case is good quality, soft and comfortable. Don’t hear any noise from pillow when i move my head. The pillow gets slightly warm but not a problem for me. I am sleeping good now. This is the only pillow i could find on Amazon where you can remove the stuffing to adjust height to your liking.
