Works as expected
I was looking for a device to do our little poodle mix's claws and save her the stressful trip to the vet. After finding this one and reading the reviews, I decided to order one. I spent two weeks thinking about how I could make nail grinding more appealing to my dog; all my worries were in vain: she lay comfortably on her couch, stretched out all four legs and with the help of treats she was totally relaxed and allowed herself to be "manicured" - that has to be celebrated immediately!!! The device works very precisely, is not too loud and the claws are ground down well - so I can save the cost of the vet in the future.I was skeptical at first, but it's working really well now.Probably because the device works quietly in all 3 settings.Battery performance is great, charging cable is also included.I also think it's great that I can turn on the light so I can see exactly how far I need to grind. After doing claws twice, I think the purchase was worth it. I would recommend it - a really valuable and useful dog accessory. What’s more, I may only recommend the this nail grinder. I have a very anxious dog who I always had to take to the vet to have her thumb nails trimmed, which is extremely stressful for the animal. Not to mention that she whimpers the whole time she's in the practice. With the nail grinder, I've gotten her to the point where she comes to me voluntarily (provided she gets treats in the form of cheese) and lets me sharpen her nails relatively calmly. There are certainly more pleasant things for the dog, but the procedure is much less stressful thanks to the grinder. The device is relatively quiet, and you should slowly get the animal used to the noise and the feeling. In total, I use it to trim the nails of three dogs and they all go well. The device is nice and quiet but still powerful. The different speeds and attachments expand the area of application so that we can also use it to treat the cat. For our dog, we only use the highest setting with the dust collector. I find the dust collector extremely practical. I was amazed at how much ends up in there. I haven't let the battery run out yet, so it's a great device for us all round. It definitely makes work easier when doing nail manicures for my dog. Great investment instead of having the treatment done by the vet.I would never have thought that my dog would let it grind her claws. Cutting them has always been a huge fuss. With this device I can grind claw by claw without any problems. The device was delivered quickly, the box is high quality and sturdy. Charging cable, replacement grinding attachment are included. The device has good lamp that brings light into the dark when in use.The grinding device is quite quiet and my dog was not afraid of it. You have to get the dog used to it very slowly and then it happens all by itself. Unfortunately, the actual grinding takes longer, so you should pre-cut the claw a little before grinding. It's better to take less off at first so that you don't injure the vein.In short:The grinding device is nice and quiet and good. In my case, anxious dogs can handle it well (claw clippers are very unpopular here, however). Relaxed dogs have no problem with it.What would be cool for a follow-up product: claw clippers with built-in light. Then you don't always have to fiddle around with the light manually when you want to cut the claws (and not grind them).Otherwise: Good product, and very easy to use for beginners.More details:Grinding a single claw takes seconds, and the resulting frictional heat gives off the smell of burnt horn. Effective but odorless is simply not possible. When you start using it, you immediately notice that the grinder runs very quietly, and the two selectable light settings ensure a well-lit view. There are two different openings around the grinding attachment, so the claws can be filed in any position. I don't need the upper, larger opening at the moment.Of course, the dog flinches at first, but then stays still with much less resistance than with manual methods. The claws are also better protected against injuries and broken claws. There are also claw clippers included, but they don't necessarily look the most stable, but that's not a problem, we have good claw clippers... I'll ignore them as an extra in the review. For a little more well-being for the dog, a little less stress and more comfort for the owner, $19.99 for this solid and effective nail grinder, cordless and handy, rechargeable, is an absolutely justified price. However, I make this judgment after the first use; battery performance/durability, wear and tear of grinding heads, etc. are not taken into account. The review will of course be adjusted if there is further relevant information. At this point in time, I am giving it 5 stars.

Great value!
The delivery was prompt and the packaging was safe and well protected. I ordered this nail grinder because our dog has black nails, which were always a bit difficult to work with with nail clippers. With black nails, it is more difficult to cut the right spot without cutting into the so-called life. With this nail grinder, this is no problem, as you have a better handle on how much of the nails you have already ground down.👍Arrived well packaged and quickly👍Everything was perfectly packed in a sturdy box.👍The device is sensationally quiet, even on level two.👍The light is functional.👍The claw grinder fits well in the hand.👍Cordless operation with rechargeable feature. Its a huge plus for me. I had no cables in the way and could easily take the nail grinder with me wherever I went.👍There is also a classic claw scissors. When using the nail grinder, you notice that its weight is ideal and that it sits very well and firmly in the hand thanks to the rubberized outer surfaces. The additional light can be switched on and off separately. It can help to improve visibility a little. We didn't like using it that much, however, as it can easily blind the animal. In my opinion, the biggest advantage is the very quiet way the grinder works. It can run at two speeds. In my opinion, the faster speed is actually the quieter option. But at both speeds, you have to get very close to the device to hear the working noises of the motor. This is a big advantage if, like us, you have an animal that is sensitive to noise and I like to notice which noises it hasn't had such good experiences with.Pros:+ Workmanship is okay+ Very quiet motor, three different speed settings+ LED light to see the paws and claws better+ Claw clippers included (even if they are not particularly high quality)Cons:- No USB-C interface, but Micro-USB to charge the deviceThe LED light is a brilliant addition that makes nail care much easier. It helps to see and cut the nails precisely, which is especially beneficial for dark nails. This nail grinder for dogs with LED light has turned out to be an extremely useful tool for grooming my dogs. This nail file not only offers functionality but also practical features - I am completely satisfied. The nail grinder has switchable LED lighting directly below the grinding head. The LEDs are installed on two sides, so that you definitely have enough light. Up until now, I always wore a headlamp when grinding claws so that I could see the claws clearly and not accidentally grind down too much. The nail file is easy to use and has a reasonable grinding power. I appreciate the adjustable grinding speeds that allow me to adapt the process to my dogs' needs. The quiet and silent function of the nail grinder is a particular relief for my dogs, who usually get nervous at loud noises. The head attachment has three openings for smaller and larger claws, means it is suitable for various pets - from cats and small dogs to medium-sized dogs. They proved to be extremely effective at trimming my small dogs' nails. The ability to choose between 3 grinding speeds further increased the versatility of the device. For sensitive animals, I was able to use the slower speed, while for thicker nails, I used the faster setting. This made me feel safer and better ensured my pets' comfort during the trimming process.A big plus is the noise level, which is certainly not silent, but still pleasantly quiet, even compared to other products of this type.I was impressed by the quality of this nail grinder. It is well made and the grinding surface is durable and effective. For our dog, it is no longer as stressful, especially since I have temporarily stored the claw grinder in the corner of our couch to ensure that our dog is very relaxed and that I have immediate access to the wonderful dog-friendly and wireless device.By the way, our cats also find the claw file very interesting, but they don't yet let me do their manicures and pedicures with this device 🙂.But what hasn't happened yet can still happen. We are working towards that.My conclusion: Since it takes some getting used to for the animals, you should consider having enough patience and treats if the application doesn't work right away.I only needed 10 minutes for all 4 paws, not a single claw bled and my dog was totally relaxed the whole time and was almost asleep. This varies from dog to dog, of course, but the noise level is acceptable - it could be quieter, but since the noise comes from the grinding itself and not from the motor, it's hard to change that. But still satisfied!! It is a real relief that we can now care for our beloved furry friend's nails at home without the stress of a visit to the pet salon.I can therefore recommend buying this high-quality and practical device with a clear conscience. The price/performance ratio is absolutely fine at just under $20.

Durable, works well
Works well, my pups are still not too sure about the drill but we’ve been able to use it a couple of times! Start them early on it if you can

An amazing grinder with average clippers. Get the grinder!
2 dogs: a little one with jet black marks and a big one with clear white nails. Both are NOT fans of the cutters. I thought the big dog just didn't like the clippers I have because they are too small and require more force for her thicker nails, so when I saw this set, I figured I would give it a try since the wireless rechargeable grinder and clippers was the same price as several of the clippers or grinders alone. The clippers are meh; the little bar that keeps them shut swings very loosely and locks them after every cut. Also, they require more force than the big dog likes, because they make a loud sound when they close. I may see about having them sharpened to cut easier. The grinder, however, is FANTASTIC! Rechargeable with a USB-C (THANK YOU! No need for yet another micro USB that won't be used with anything else), the lights are bright, it has 3 speeds, a diamond wheel, and is EXTRA quiet! My dogs went from struggling and running away to just pulling their paws away a little because it tickles. I'm able to keep up with their nail care and an even getting the quick of my drama queen little dog to recede by grinding them more often. I refrained from doing her nails as often as they needed it because she hated it so much, but now I grind them a little every 10-12 days and they stay nice and short. Now, I just hear the pitter patter of little paws, not the CLACK CLACK CLACK of too long nails on hard floors
