Q: will this fit in a 3 ring binder?

No it will not fit in a 3 ring binder. It has a hook in the center of the spiral binding which will allow you to hang it.

Q: I tend to write alot on my calendars. Can I use a regular pen for writing? I'm a lefty, so felt tip pens do not work for me.

I’m a lefty and I totally agree with you! I can’t use felt tip pens either, just ball points on my calendar.

Q: Wondering if the seller is putting a do not fold sticker or writing on the shipment? Sounds like postmen are trying to fold to put in mailboxes.

I did not see a note like that from the seller but it would have been almost impossible to fold this
