No. It’s not abrasive enough. You can polish glass scratches out with jewellers rouge and elbow grease.

No. Use de0scaling liquid. It’s a mild acid. You can use vinegar.

Didnt use it wid brass but it is polishing compound so it must work wid brass ,aluminium, plastic, and many different stuff. I dont take any responsibility i just say. Take piece of brass and try yourself. I'm sure it will work well.

Keep the speed low

Why Dremel still supply their polishing compound in a small round tub is beyond me. Tip is to apply the compound directly to the job and not the disc otherwise it'll fly everywhere even at the lowest speed.
