This treadmill was packaged well . The assembly was very easy & takes one 1 person . This is heavy and will take 2 people to put in place or assembly at its location. I was notified by seller to make sure all was good. That's a very important I have bought other stuff and had no customer to speak of. This is very quite and if your running has a good belt size. All the options on the machine are at hands reach. I am extremely satisfied with this treadmill. The foldable is always very easy . So far great! Happy with purchasing this treadmill.

Highly recommended. Good treadmill at a great value. It came almost fully assembled. Set up was less than ten minutes. The belt size is good for running and walking. The panel provides all the information needed and the programs are easy and displayed on the panel. Quiet and well cushioned.

Definitely comparable to the treadmills in the gyms. Super easy to put together as the entire top part was already together and you just had to lift it up and lock into place. Had it for about a month now and it runs perfectly. Only complaint is the beeping when you hit the buttons is kinda loud, and my heart rate monitor Definitely reads incorrectly but I wear a smart watch anyway so its no big deal to me. Overall I love this treadmill, very worth the money

So far so good. This machine has great speed for jogging.. Just tried that yesterday. I thought this one had a fan, but does not. Thats okay. It was easy to set up, is still heavy to get inside, so be prepared with your hand cart.

So far I am extremely happy with this treadmill! I am 268 pounds and this machine doesn't creak or strain in any way! comfortable and serves it's purpose! Now if can get myself to use it every day instead of only two or three days a week!

Great base treadmill. I am somewhat of an expert when it comes to treadmills.This treadmill is built very well and its a great value for the money. VERY IMPRESSED!!!

I would give this zero stars if I could. Item was purchased in September 2024 used a few times a week walking only and then in May 2025 stopped working. The control panel would not turn on one morning. Thr next step in finding out who to contact is also difficult as there is no service phone number.Warranty is garbage as you need to do all the work over email as I believe the company is based in China. They might as well offer unlimited labor warranty beciase you are the labor. After going back and forth including shooting video and sending it to them. The “issue” was identified and they agreed to send the part. The part took well over 2 weeks to get here and they would not provide any shipping details or tracking information. I asked on numerous occasions what is the next step if the part doesn’t work and they simply ignored the question.I would ignore all the reviews of people who have had it a week. I understand things are defective but the slowness of their response plus the fact the treadmill just shut off after 8 months of use would guide me to pick another treadmill with better service.

Was an easy set up. Also it was really big in size. And that’s what we wanted. Has a really good incline and speed to it.
