Unable to return as I’m outside the 30day period. This item doesn’t stick to dashboard. It’s not designed to hold the weight of my iPhone 14Pro. It’s been in the original box and I failed to contact them as life gets so busy, now I just have to eat the cost but wanted to let others know so you don’t waste your money.Update: their amazing customer service responded to me and was able to refund me. Changing my rating for their customer service to a 5. I will probably try other products of theirs in the future.

Finding any sort of phone holder to fit on the curved panel of my 2013 Kia Soul was difficult and vent clips weren’t an option as blocking the small ac vents during Texas summers is a no go. This holder workedperfectly as its base is a flexible but stiff rubber that when used with the adhesive pad contoured to the dash curve perfectly. The ball mount, though plastic, holds the phone well but needs to be tightened a little every couple of months. The magnet is very strong. No complaints and VERY happy to have finally found a solution. I’m giving it 5 stars for the design and functionality within the category of inexpensive plastic phone mounts.

Hey, that’s really all that matters, the only reason for buying these, right; how well will it hold my phone? With all of the worthless, weak, holders claiming to be “mag-safe” out there, it’s good to find one that’s reasonably priced and actually works well.

I usually wait a bit to leave a review on purchased items. I’ve used this item for some time & it doesn’t last. The adhesive has already failed & it dropped my phone. Save your money!

Don’t ever leave reviews, but this product is great. I love using a pop socket and never could bc MagSafe was more important to use as I use my GPS a lot! This one fits the pop socket right in the middle perfectly. Also very strong magnet. I used the sticker to attach to my dashboard. It’s been in the high 80 degrees, 3+ weeks and going strong.

The media could not be loaded.  came in very fast within 2 days which i love. i had bought a different brand magesafe but i didn’t really like it like i do with this one!! magesafe is strong which i really like. the one thing is, i wish it came with an extra adhesive just in case you messed up the 1st time and in the future want to relocate to another spot. other then that works fine.

Before buying this, we tried a couple of other solutions, including hacking something into the central vent grill - they all failed. Didn't want a suction-mounted item, so this now adheres to the surface of the little recess in front of the central windscreen vent. While actually driving on (average British country) uneven roads the phone tended to droop a bit so we angled it to make the phone rest on the surface of the dash in front. It holds well and we use it on almost every non-local journey.

Auch wenn sie Strecke mal holprig wird, hält das Handy bombenfest. Kann ich sehr empfehlen.
