I’ve been taking Zipvit Omega 3 Fish Oil for about 2 months mainly to help with inflammation. It’s hard to say how much of a difference it’s made since I’m also on LDN, which has really helped me—so I can’t give full credit to the fish oil alone. That said, I appreciate that there’s no fishy aftertaste (a big win for me), and it seems like a high-quality product with solid EPA and DHA levels.The only downside is the size of the capsules—they’re quite big, which might be a bit challenging for some to swallow. But otherwise, it’s a great value, especially with the 2-month supply in the resealable pouch.Would recommend if you’re looking for a clean, high-strength omega-3 supplement.

After trying many types of Omega fish oil, this has to be one of the best I have been taking - I knew it would take some time to see a difference.I'd say after a few weeks, my mood had improved with less morning stiffness. But this really changed after using it for about 6 weeks. I hadn't really put it down to taking this until I looked back when I started.My skin was a lot softer and hair seemed thicker (though not sure if this was an effect).I did also notice I was feeling a bit sharper mentally and at work too. Could be a mix of other things but will continue taking them.I bought originally last year had about an 8 month break in taking and noticed the change then. After taking them again I could see significat improvemnts. I will be sticking with these. I have put a photo of the pill itself as they are quite big if you have no issues taking supplements.If you are a deep researcher you might find this useful too:This brand offers both EPA (600mg) and DHA (440mg)They are two types of omega-3 fatty acids found in fish oil.EPA - For anti inflamatory effects and great for heart health, joint support and mood regulation.DHA - which I have been taking for years separately - especially great for brain function, eye health and nervous system support. My only concern is that it won't be available or our of stock as when I have found something good in the past, it often just dissapears.For now though - this one has been arond for some time. Third time repurchasing this omega 3. I definitely see the difference in my skin and hair, and this dosage is perfect if you want to see result. There’s no smell or taste whatsoever. Size is good enough to swallow easily. AMAZING value for money. I will be buying it again as it’s high quality omega 3.

Bought these for joints, skin and eye health and I can say they are helping joints - benefits for skin will take some more time to show I suspect but pleased with the dosage of these and skin hasn’t broken out which can sometimes happen with larger doses. You do have to take 2 of them and they are rather large so just be aware of that if you struggle to take large capsules. I just make sure I take one at a time with a LOT of water/juice (don’t always do that with my other supplements!).I am impressed with the company’s sustainability aims. All in all pleased with purchase and have them on subscription.
