May need one pill per meal.!
I find I need to take one pill before or after every meal because in my case my 1st meal off the day these won’t work it’s a struggle to pass stool but the second I pass no trouble I need to go toilet twice in the morning that I find strange but that’s me so one pill per meal the all is great for me

Gentler than anything else i have ever tried
Shame that even this gave me abdominal cramps. Unpredictable so awkward to live with abdominal cramps, no matter how mild. So finally given in and using Microlax enemas, not totally cramp free but at least i can plan when to use one and when it will be uncomfortable. Plus its not very long. Often still working the following morning. Two a week is fine for me.

This works!
I've tried so many 'natural' laxatives over this past year to get relief but I've always had to resort to dulcolax. Well that's all in the past. This product actually works. I take one in the morning and one after dinner. Bingo! Plenty of warning. No surprises. I seem to have more energy too. I'll be buying again.
