I would strongly advise you use this in the morning then at night use activated charcoal then brush it of with this toothpaste, also I would advise once u have brushed do not rinse of with water. Since I have been doing this people have been asking if I've had whitening done

Great toothpaste,thought it might be a dodgy claim about whiteness of my teeth. I have to say honestly,my teeth have never felt so clean. The whiteness is slowly coming back the more I use it, would recommend without a problem.

White Glo is now my favourite toothpaste. Really good at stopping stains from forming and teeth do look whiter.
