Very sturdy, easy assembly, portable, foldable, lightweight and versatile

This bench works great. It is nice and sturdy and doesn't take up a lot of space in my small gym. Love the adjustable backrest, goes all the way to straight up to flat. Great value for the money. Easy to move around, it is not very heavy.

This was easy to assemble and does the job. There is a good range of angles the bench can be set to and it is stable at each setting. The stretch bands fit over each of the sides of the supports and are surprisingly useful for warming up through a range of motions. My only real complaint is that everything is slightly too small. I'm six feet tall and my head is unsupported (incline bench part is about 25" and I would need 28" so that my head is supported). When the bench is flat, there's plenty of room. This is a small complaint about a product that is inexpensive and works great.

Reviews on this bench were all good. I liked the bands on it as I had been using them on another device. The bench was easy to assemble. It folds up and takes little space which was perfect for me. The benmch has two ;ins and a knob to remove whe foding it up. Be sure to not misplace them. I have not had much time to use it as I planed yet but did work with it. I was in the midst of a room renovation where I have the bench. The bench was fine for my needs and will now have a space where i can really utilize it a lot now.

Super affordable and very well made. I weigh 210 lbs and I'm 6 foot tall and use this bench every other day for my workout routine. It has held up for over a year without any wear on the padding. It has multiple functions and is a easy set up! I would highly recommend for any at home work out as it it compact and easy to use.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Just received my bench. It was easy to put together and appears to be sturdy. The only thing is I haven’t tried to fold it up for storage so I’m not sure how that will go. They don’t have written instructions on how to fold it. Just the picture shown on the item page on Amazon. I will come back to update my review if I find Any problems but so far I like it for what I paid for the item.

Pros: this bench is easy to assemble out of the box. It folds up really well and his light weight. It’s easy to adjust the back pad up and down.Cons: since the seat part does not adjust to accommodate different angles, you cannot comfortably use this bench for decline purposes. It’s probably OK for doing ab crunches, but it’s not even safe to do decline chest exercises. I’ve tried maneuvering it several ways but it’s not comfortable and not safe.
