I'm sure they work well for some people. I don't have an adhesive allergy so I'll stick with nose strips. Not as uncomfortable as I thought but still not great and they worked out of position as I slept.

These just did not do the job. They are not pressing outward on the nostrils to open space up. The don't create any room, just prevent your nostrils from collapsing on the inhale. Perhaps some find it helpful but I need to to create some more space while doing that as well. And because these are in you nose, the silicone takes up space in your nose negating any nostril dilation. The space it may create is negated by the actual expander in the nose.

So I have a horrible large deviated septum, it gets significantly worse and harder to breath when I lay down. I wore the classic air flow last night for the first time and was able to breath SO MUCH better through my nose and slept better than I have in a LONG time! I’ve tried breath right strips and they didn’t do anything besides irritating my skin. This opened up my nostrils and I even forgot for a second that ut was in there when I woke up, they’re so comfortable! I only realized cuz I could breathe lol. Highly recommend 10/10! Will be buying one more for back up JIC I lose it as it is small and I’m never sleeping without one again lol. The orange is too big for me, I’d say it’s more of a men’s size while the classic is better for women or smaller noses, but that’s just my opinion! Again, if you have a deviated septum, buy one of these right now. You won’t be disappointed!

I bought these nasal dilators after using nasal strips for a while, hoping they’d be a more sustainable option. At first, I was impressed — they really do open up your nose, making it easier to breathe. They’re fairly discreet and comfortable enough that you could leave them in all day if needed.However, there’s a major issue that kept me from continuing to use them. The dilators rubbed my septum raw to the point of being extremely painful. I tried multiple sizes, hoping it was just a fit issue, but the irritation happened every time. Eventually, I had to stop using them altogether because the discomfort outweighed the benefits.I really like the idea behind this product and believe it could work well for some people, but for me, the irritation was a dealbreaker.TL;DR: Great concept and effective at opening nasal passages, but caused painful irritation with repeated use.

Unfortunately, this product didn’t work for me. It constantly fell out during sleep, even after trying both the small and medium sizes. I wouldn’t recommend spending money on this. I’ve since switched to Mute—it's more expensive but actually stays in place and does the job
