Replaced HSU Amp that Died and This isbetter than FOSI mini Amp
I had a plate amp Die on my HSU VTF Subwoofer.. Anyone who knows hometheatre HSU is no joke in the Hoem Sub Dept. The plate was 300 watt BASH i beleive... was quited near 300 to Fix so I tried this A3001 out and was super impressed..But kept reading online how the FOSI is better, So I ended up changing out to the FOSI which now living with it for about 6 months... The A3001 was Far better and had the Sub Freq adjust.. I adjust my Sub out with My Receiver X over which is 80hz, but I think you can go lower with the Mini Amp

Great way to salvage an old active sub
Amp plate quit on triad sub used in my office. With this was able to have a working sub again. And not have to try and we'll or get rid of the sub due to a bad amp. If the need came up again, would buy again.

Providing smooth and dynamic bass, into a 2 ohm load no less. I'm impressed! The price and size could easily be taken as a lightweight contender, but don't be fooled- it can pump out the lows!

Sound is great
Works and sounds great with the right speaker. Very clear for jamming and backing tracks.

Plenty of bass
This small amp provides packs a lot of puch. The sound quality is clean of distortion and bass is so clear compared to major brand. I was so impressed when turning on/off like there was never a thump or power surge that's will destroy you subwoofer. I used it powered my 8 inch subwoofer with custom build speaker box.
