Great for blood sugar balance
Started taking it after meals and noticed better digestion and more stable energy levels. No side effects so far. Easy to swallow capsules — good value.

Great value, directions are wrong; don't take it with food.
It seems to be the real thing, and what a great value NatureBell provides! I have quite a few of their products, and I think I like them all so far. Only problem is it says to take Berberine with food, but if you search online you will see most say to take it not with food! So I will take it without food and I hope that NatureBell does more research and updates the directions, to just say take it with water, but not say "with a meal".Keep up the good work delivering value and i appreciate you. :)

quality concerns but great customer service.
This product doesn’t look right as I'm used to seeing the color of berberine supplements being bright yellow not beige. See pictures of the difference in color. The second image is a side by side of my current yellow berberine and this new beige product. I’ve been taking berberine for years from a few different suppliers and this was my first time buying from this company. When I opened the bottle the first thing that stood out was the difference in color when compared to my current berberine. I reached out to the manufacturer and they have been very receptive and understanding. They are currently working on refunding my purchase. It's a shame that I won't be using this berberine as their price and customer service are both great. I'm just worried that I won't get what I need to continue controlling my glucose in normal range.
