Poor audio quality, mic is weakest… won’t recommend this productAfter making complaint, I have returned the product to the company more than 10 days ago but they have not refunded the money. I have already mailed to refund but it seems, they are not interest to pay back. Amazon has to step in as the payment is done to amazon

Niche choice for a karoke machine and a crowd party environment

The media could not be loaded. It's a decent speaker. Vocal and bass interfere with each other. Battery backup is ok and light effects are good. But sound quality could have been better.
