Arrived smashed to bits
The media could not be loaded. These usually perform well, but both the refil packed arrived smashed. Mine was over so I needed it urgently and just put the broken pieces in the container. Do better next time! Packaging, transport and storage is important for such fragile things.

All the refills are broken in two minimum two. Kindly arrange refunds for the same as soon as possible

The refill lasts for 1 week . Thats very far from the 3 month claim . That way its sensible to buy dehumidifier .
