I finished a Woobles project last month, which was the first time I'd crocheted anything like that. I wanted to find a new project that was fun and would let me learn new stitches, but also wasn't as expensive as Woobles. I loved working on this set! I think I paid $20 or so for all of these and this was absolutely worth the money. They are just adorable plants. They are bigger than I had expected, maybe about 4 inches wide, and between 3 to 5 inches tall. I'm definitely a beginner at crochet, and while some of the plants were challenging, they turned out well. I'd say you really have to have a basic knowledge of crochet stitches to complete these, but if you've done a Wooble or two, you'll be fine with the difficulty.

I am an experienced crocheter, but I can only do squares and can't read a pattern. I didn't want to pay so much for the name brand if I was half way there. With this kit I was able to both read and watch the instructions. They are both very clear, but I have to use both as I miss something in both. The quality of the tools are excellent. The hooks will be saved in my stash. The yarn is decent, not great but I've used worse. I can see that it might be a slight problem for beginners, but they will run into the issues of splitting and knotting as they branch out side of the kit. I cannot recommend this kit high enough.

I got very frustrated with this kit at first because the first project I made, there was a typo. It said sl for slip stitch instead of sc for single crochet and I had to go back to the video to figure that out. However, I had ordered another kit from a different seller, and the kit itself was good/comparable but the instructions were worse. So I do think this kid is definitely better! I’ve only finished 1 so far and it looks pretty good for my first project (ever!!). I wasted a lot of yarn trying to get this right but once you get your first one done, you start to get it more lol

Super cute little plants. They’re a good size and the instructions have been friendly for the beginner crocheting person in our household.A great value for a cute set.

Yarn quality is poor. It frays easily making it difficult to see stitches and correct mistakes. Videos are good but I not sure if I will be able to make anything due to the poor yarn quality.

The Wobbles kit is definitely a more beginner-friendly kit but if you have very minimal knowledge of crochet this is great for you. I did a portion of the wobbles kit first and then started this kit. When I got stuck or was having trouble the customer service team did a great job answering all of my questions and offering help. When I was initially very frustrated with the kit and having trouble starting they even offered to refund me. Turns out I was just holding the yarn the wrong way. Overall, super cute kit and easy once you get the hang of it. Customer service is excellent if you have any issues definitely reach out!
